Mi è piaciuto We had lovely weather and did not leave the site. Typhoon, Hurricane, and Spitfire were out flying during our visit - Bonus! I am a big believer in recycling, and this process is simple and easy to follow. Elsan point is a bonus. Drinking water is available. The viewing platform is a great addition. Pitches are large and easily identifiable. I would recommend this site, and the aircraft activity is a big bonus. Dawn was very friendly, kept me updated via text regarding our stay.

Non mi è piaciuto Washroom - I would think this could be modernised - however, it is functional, practical, and better than nothing for those who don't have these amenities with them.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly advice upon arrival regarding pitch allocation etc. Very clean site with lots of organised children's activities. There was an extra cost for these, but it is quite reasonable.

Non mi è piaciuto We attended our granddaughters dance show in Mansfield on the Saturday night (20 mins away) I asked the duty manager was there any problem on us returning about 10.30 pm - I was advised the barrier locks out at 10pm until 7am. We could stay in the car park in our campervan (but not ideal). Therefore we had to constantly clockwatch during the show, and leave earlier than we would have liked. So if you have a meal or outing booked off the site, be aware of the curfew.

Mi è piaciuto Saturday night entertainment. Admittance cost to this was included in our stay (free complimentary drinks on arrival too). Street food was delicious. Good communication from host.

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets need updating - but I think this is work in progress, as there are new cubicles under construction. It is not totally an adult only site as advertised (although the entertainment event was adult only) Surrounding areas had family camping, therefore, children running around which didn't bother us, but could be misleading if you are after a totally child free zone.
