Mi è piaciuto Beautiful views, our pitch was right on the lakes. Opportunity to swim in the lake - so long as you're careful of the speedboats etc. There is ladders into it. Play area for kids.

Non mi è piaciuto Very hard ground, need rock pegs as normal ones dont work. Even though weather is extremely dry, other nearby sites were not as bad. It was a family campsite so obviously quite noisy at times. When we booked in, we asked how we could get in and out and were told it was by anpr and we could come and go as we pleased. We needed to leave early as we had a very long drive that day, but after packing up quietly and driving to the barrier to leave, we could not. We attempted to phone them several times on the number supplied and had no answer. Other Italian customers pulled up behind us also unaware that they could not leave until 8am at the earliest, they were quite irate. A staff member happened to come in early to work and said we were lucky he was there otherwise we would not have been able to get out. He did let us out, 45 minutes after we were due to leave, but he was quite Abrupt and not friendly. We were not told about being locked in or time constraints either at booking or checking in. If there was an emergency you would have to smash the barrier to get out. Being as one of our party ahs anaphylaxis problems this could have been a life-threatening situation.

Mi è piaciuto Loved the campsite. Not a large vineyard, more of a family one, our host was friendly and chatty. Our tent pitch was in the shade, right next to the vineyard, we had a small stroll through it. Beautiful views of the valleys and town across the hill. The toilet and shower are a short walk away on the other side of their home.

Non mi è piaciuto Difficult to turn into by car - difficulty communicating our reservation booking. Disappointed that we could not get the opportunity to buy wine from him even though we had said we wanted to, and didn't see anyone after checking in. There was only 1 toilet and shower which are in the same room. So if someone is in the shower you cannot use toilet etc. We were fine as it was not busy, but it would be a problem if site was fully booked.
