Mi è piaciuto Lovely clean, friendly site. We only stayed one night as a stop off before going home but really enjoyed our stay.

Mi è piaciuto Great proximity to the lake, beach area and lakeside restaurant. Toilets and shower block super clean. All staff very friendly!

Non mi è piaciuto Was unaware you get to pick your own pitch in the forest however there are no pitch makings so people park however they like and wherever they like so total carnage! Struggled to find somewhere to park when we arrived. We went out for the day and obviously the place we had been staying was taken on our return. We struggled to find a spot and always felt we were in people’s way. Other campers would walk around our van with a disapproving look on their face which made us feel uncomfortable and in people’s way. Electrical cables are all over the place, running across roads etc. strong smell of sewage as well. Sadly not for us!

Mi è piaciuto Friendly staff. Lake on your doorstep! So lovely to swim in. Took paddle boards too and super safe for the children to take them out on their own. Facilities good. Just be aware it’s a forest floor so lots of bits get picked up on your shoes. Not a problem just something to be aware off. Showers go on for 4minutes (on a count down) but stop every 30seconds (you can easily restart them again). They lock out after 4minutes for 5minutes before you can restart them. Again not a problem. It’s long enough to have a shower and because they stop it allows you time to wash hair etc.

Mi è piaciuto Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were great. So clean and never got very busy. On site there are a lot of permanent caravans/static homes. This wasn’t a problem however we personally prefer to be surrounded by others who are travelling/camping on holiday. Pitch was small however they had had a lot of problems with the significant amount of rain fall over the last few days and some pitches difficult to use. Great playroom for the children and a small park. Loved that they had a small indoor area with tables you could take your food up too and eat inside away from your pitch if you wanted too. Lovely town just 10minutes drive away. Also we were able to go across the Austrian border easily - we headed to Highline 179. Great mountain activity places close by. We went to Alpsee Bergwelt with a fantastic play park at the top, lovely walks and the longest toboggan run down off the mountain. Be prepared for long queues though but this didn’t matter to us as we were on holiday.

Mi è piaciuto Fun sporty activity area for Children and families to play in, facilities are nice and big pitches. Walking distance to local town. Great outdoor pool across the bridge on the German side. We pretty much had the whole pool to ourselves. Staff very friendly. We didn’t use the pool by the campsite as they had the France rules regarding swimming shorts. Get to pick your own pitch on arrival. Easy to get the train from there to Freiburg. 30minute train journey. Also easy drive to Colmar and Lake Titisee. Great camping spot!

Mi è piaciuto Lovely campsite. Small but peaceful! Friendly and helpful owners. Mixed toilets and showers which we didn’t mind. Had to take own toilet paper to loos. Very small village just a few metres up the road. Easy to walk too. Just be aware not all restaurants/bakeries are open everyday. We went to eat out on a Tuesday evening and found the restaurant we wanted to go to was shut on Tuesday and Thursdays. When we went to the Bakery on Wednesday morning it was closed. Not sure if this is a regular thing but just something to be aware off.

Non mi è piaciuto We struggled to find things to do locally. We were booked to stay 5 nights here but 3 nights would have been enough. We enjoyed cycling down the canal however there not a huge amount to do along the way

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful pool facilities. So close to the lake. Good size pitch. Helpful staff.

Non mi è piaciuto Could be difficult to get onto pitch with large motor homes or caravans. We were in VW camper and it was ok but saw others having difficulty (they did manage it though) No toilet paper in loos. It was a having to remember your own the whole time.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely campsite. Great pool. Good size pitch and grassy. Helpful staff. Good washing machines.

Non mi è piaciuto Lots of holiday homes on the campsite (more than camping pitches). This meant it was really busy and I feel they don’t have the same respect for those who are camping. Toilet, showers and dishwashing area were often used, not only campers, but holiday let families therefore facilities were busy and despite being cleaned where often found in a dirty state (sand all in the washing up sinks from children filling busket from the sand pit and going and getting water from the sinks). Over all this didn’t ruin our holiday and the campsite was nice but personally I prefer a campsite which is mainly campers. The swimming pool was great and I felt my children were safe in there but pool was too small for the amount of people staying on site. You could hardly move in it. Children enjoyed it though. Couldn’t really go anywhere off the campsite without the van however we had great days out in Murau and High ropes

Mi è piaciuto Pitch size, layout of the campsite, toilets, shower washrooms. Great location. Easy to walk or cycle into Delft. Beautiful town!
