Mi è piaciuto We have just returned from 9 nights camping at Tyn on the Llyn. Jamie and Sylvie are lovely and they run an immaculate site. The compost toilets are cleaned regularly as are the showers and communal washing up area. We loved the shelter and as the weather was variable we used it a lot along with the kettle and fridge. Jamie gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit which was helpful. This is a very picturesque and peaceful site and we would definitely recommend it.

Mi è piaciuto Nice, peaceful site with other respectful campers. The mown pitches with long grass around edges. Dog friendly & fields for walks. Clean toilets and showers. One £1 shower and one free. Never any queues. Lots of hot water for washing up plus fridges, freezers, microwave and washing machine - even a communal whirlygig to hang washing out if need be or swimming togs. Nice quiet lakeside fishing with plenty of fish. The owners, brothers, were brilliant and on hand if you wanted to ask anything. Walking distance from lovely Hingham and a decent pub, The White Hart. Loved The Broads and beaches.

Mi è piaciuto We camped with our family including two small Grandsons and a dog. The site was very well kept. The compost toilets, showers, hand washing and washing up area were all kept very clean. Do not be put off by compost toilets as they do not smell, only of saw dust. I would rather camp with compost toilets than smelly flushing toilets. You can buy logs for the firepit which included not only logs but kindling, firelighter, matches and some newspaper. So much thought has gone into the whole camping set up. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The children loved feeding the animals in the morning and we loved the eggs, bacon and sausages. There's two pubs within easy walking distance. We went to The Gun - the food was good and a lovely garden and a little play area for the children.

Non mi è piaciuto That we can't come back because they can no longer take dogs - no fault on the owners' part, otherwise it would be top of our campsite list and we'd be back.

Mi è piaciuto We visited out of season and had a far pitch which was very peaceful. We liked the clean washing up area, showers and toilets and the use of fridges/freezers. We would visit again. A visit to The Wheel pub in Westwell is a must. Lovely owners and a big garden. Dog and child friendly too.

Mi è piaciuto We had an amazing weekend with our family and dog, Harley. June was so friendly and accommodating, from my first booking email to the entire time we were away - she couldn't do enough. Even helping us with a missing pole to our tent, nothing was too much trouble. We ordered burgers and sausages for the BBQ and these were delivered by June to our pitch. £5 bought a crate of wood for the open fire. Loved it that no cars were allowed, just to unload and load at the end of our trip. The grandchildren loved the long grass in the middle and played with lots of other children. They also loved seeing the horses in the next field. The toilets were very clean and were cleaned 4 times a day. Yes, there's only 1 shower but everybody knows that when they book. Baby wipes do a good job! Loved seeing Pansy the cow being milked. Can't fault anything. Thank you June for helping make our first trip with the family and grandchildren a memorable one.
