Mi è piaciuto So peaceful waking up to the sound of birds twittering was beautiful. The pitch was good and level with own electric and water supply. Facilities were clean and serviceable. The owner at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect for what we needed. There were no bells and whistles but that’s what we liked and had booked for and we would go back for sure.

Mi è piaciuto It was peaceful (non school holidays) the pitch was flat and the site was clean. Reception staff welcoming and we were met at pitch by another member of staff Dave who was helpful and knowledgeable. Proximity to public transport was great.

Non mi è piaciuto Shower cubicles are small and you have to get into the shower to turn it on and adjust temp. If too hot then have to put hand through hot water to adjust. The floors were very wet and because the grass was cut there was mud and grass all over the floor. If a squidgy mop was provided then it could be wiped down after use which would then keep it cleaner and tidier. It would be easier to get dressed after shower without clothes getting dragged in wet floors. Directions to get to the beach would have been helpful it took us a while to find our way.

Mi è piaciuto Peaceful tucked away little site - you wouldn’t know you’re right on the A35. Cafe and shop were superb with lovely locally sourced produce, some grown on site. The staff were all so cheerful and friendly and of course professional. There’s no bar or club which suits us just fine. We will definitely book here again was a great location for access to Honiton, Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth and Seaton as well as surrounding area.

Non mi è piaciuto Possibly pop a PIR light on the track from the wet room to the camp site just for safety, as after dark there is no other light there.

Mi è piaciuto Peace and quiet and no nightclub booming to the small hours. All staff we encountered from check in to hospitality to cleaners and maintainance were friendly and approachable
