Mi è piaciuto The drainage connections for grey waste

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets and showers were grim and in need of updating. Mouldy smell in the Ladies showers - made the place feel dirty and unwelcoming. Didn’t like having to book for two days when we only wanted overnight. The impression we were given was that the site could/would be busy and it clearly wasn’t!

Mi è piaciuto Decent camp site with good facilities and modern, well maintained toilets/showers.

Non mi è piaciuto Electric hook-up was hopeless - kept tripping out even though we had very little power demand. Was forced to move to another pitch having spent considerable time getting the caravan levelled/steadied & set up with power/water/drainage for an overnight stay. Emergency reception were sympathetic but couldn’t help until next day.

Dal gestore: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the campsite facilities and found the toilet and shower blocks modern and well maintained. We're very sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with the electric hook-up on your pitch. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to move after already spending time levelling and setting up your caravan, particularly during a short overnight stay. While we're glad our out-of-hours team were able to offer support and understanding, we recognise that this did not resolve the inconvenience you experienced at the time. Your comments have been noted and shared with our team so that the electrical supply on the affected pitch can be reviewed and any necessary remedial work carried out. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us maintain the standards our guests expect. We hope that, despite this issue, you will consider staying with us again in the future and give us the opportunity to provide a much smoother experience.

Mi è piaciuto Nothing not to like about the site, spacious pitches with dividing hedges, great setting, excellent, well maintained facilities and friendly helpful staff. Would have absolutely no hesitation about returning.

Dal gestore: Thank you so much for your feedback and glad you had such a lovely stay with us. We have a large waste compound as well as several litter bins around site, all except dog waste as started on your park map, hopefully this will help on your next visit and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Mi è piaciuto Great set up with just about everything you’d need - shop, bar, games room, Chip shop, well appointed toilets and showers, etc. Pretty site .

Non mi è piaciuto Caravan and motorhome pitches too densely packed with no privacy. Plenty of room on the site to do this better!
