Mi è piaciuto Zero nonsense check-in, rang bell and someone there to walk us to pitch within a minute. The lake was gorgeous though we had a child fall in (his fault, thankfully he was tall enough to stand up). Pub within 20 mins walk. Ice cream van came round with dairy free ice creams £2 cones meant it was very reasonable to get all the kids a treat.

Non mi è piaciuto Didn't share information such as whats on site, local amenities, where things are on site like waste and disposal bins etc. Local water leak meant showers had no pressure and were cold.

Mi è piaciuto *The pods were clean, spacious and had heating and lighting *pod fitted our double blow up bed and cotbed for our little one *A pub bench near to pod and firepit *Upon asking for a camping chair they managed to find us one (we thought they'd be there as described hence we didnt take our own) *Short walk from toilets and showers *10 min walk to local pub who serve lovely food and ales *lots of woodland and space to explore *warm showers in ladies. Mens were a bit drizzly (nothing could really be done as they are a bit dated) *you can find your own wood on the grounds of the campsite *perfect location for us as we were visiting Buckfastleigh *always toilet roll in toilet and as site was quiet i never needed to queue for toilet or showers *trolleys available to help cart your stuff to the pod *far away enough from other pod so not to disturb each other-see picture

Non mi è piaciuto *On pictures you think the pods are in the middle of nowhere- they are within sight of the main reception. *ladies toilets are very low (knees were higher than hips when sitting) and in small space *no hand towels or drying tool in toilet (didnt ask on first night as owners were enjoying themselves with friends and thought it might be rude to ask) *sanitary bin in ladies not emptied over weekend *kindling and wood available at £4 per bag! Bit steep considering the wood was damp *very strict on keeping dogs on lead in designated area near pod (appreciate for safety reasons but ours are really friendly and well behaved) there is lots of other space to let them run free though. *when brushing teeth in the shower area there is a shelf above (very handy to put bits on) unfortunately it comes out so far its almost impossible to have you head over the sink causing others to leave toothpaste dribbling over the side of the sink-think it just needs to be a bit further back or an inch smaller

Dal gestore: Hi, Not sure where to start, such a big list. Toilets, first complaint of height. Will have a look. Hand towels, were just abused and left all over the site so we stopped them. Bin in ladies, must confess i don't clean the ladies anymore someone else does i will check. Wood has been sorted. Dogs on leads at all times around the main site, as i was reminded of today by some people in the pod who said they were being bothered. As to brushing teeth i can't teach people basic hygiene i just clean up after them. Thanks. Lister.
