Mi è piaciuto Peaceful rural site with good phone signal on 3/Vodafone at top of sloping field. Very good, clean toilet & wash facilities. There seems to be a lot more to explore on the Honicult estate, looking forward to visiting again.

Mi è piaciuto Camping in a field full of bunnies with geese flying overhead! Great peaceful, rural location on an adults only campsite. Lovely canal walk to Ellesmere. Good phone signal on 3.

Mi è piaciuto Location, only 10 miles from St. Davids. Peaceful. Close to beach & woolen mill with cafe that does a fantastic breakfast. Great for camping families as tent pitches are far apart & mostly secluded. WiFi available in car park area. Good, clean toilet and shower block.

Non mi è piaciuto Very narrow access lane to site, only suitable for small camper vans. The camper van pitches are next to the car park, so not much privacy as people are walking through your pitch. The site is on a slope, so levels are essential.

We are delighted you enjoyed the super clean bathrooms with their lovely warm power showers all run from our air source heat pump, plus the beautiful walk from the campsite through the bluebell woods to our local wild beach at Abermawr. We are sorry you didn't like driving down the lane - most people don't find it a problem and its the charm of rural Wales and beautiful Pembrokeshire with its many narrow lanes, and its actually very much usable for a campervan as the milk tanker drives up and down daily to the neighbouring farm! We are also sorry you were inconvenienced by tent campers taking a short-cut through your pitch. They shouldnt do this and its not necessary as there is a clear path from the car park to access the camping field for people to walk, without going across the top part of your large campervan pitch. The campervan pitches are usually well liked as they are private so large with a large gravel area for the van and also a private large grassy area for awnings or pup tents too. The WiFi is 25-30mg which is the most we can get in this rural coastal area but its perfectly adequate for most uses. Thank you and best wishes Sophie

Mi è piaciuto Small, rural campsite in the grounds of the local pub. Friendly landlords & good home cooked food. Good, basic facilities, toilet & shower block with good hot water. Beautiful surroundings, level pitches next to a stream with plenty of walks straight from the pub.

Non mi è piaciuto No phone signal, at all (not necessarily a bad thing!). The pub has excellent WiFi inside it using StarLink, but unfortunately it can't be extended outside at all. I did not notice a recycling point, but that said, I didn't ask.

Mi è piaciuto Small, friendly campsite, just off A road separated by a field, so Road noise was minimal. Well situated for local National Trust sites & beaches, see campsite website for suggestions. There's a Texaco petrol station with a good selection Londis shop just up the road, which sells pastys made at the campsite, and The Rising Sun pub is a 5 min drive away that does good food. There is also a pizza van opposite the pub every Wednesday. Good phone signal on 3.

Non mi è piaciuto Only 6 Amp power on site & pitch needed levels. Warning, severe pot holes on entrance.
