Mi è piaciuto Staggering views and scenery, huge pitches, great showers and toilets- immaculately clean. The restaurant, a short walk away, has great food and super helpful staff, loved it! Definitely recommend.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site, great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful. Fantastic bar area and restaurant (didn't use the restaurant, brought homemade Thai Green Curry) Sat outside in the sunshine with the peacock family - mum, dad and 3 babies.. Clay shoot starts kinda early for us retired folk but it rang around the grounds and it is a great sound! Definitely recommend!!

Mi è piaciuto Everything, fabulous views, bathrooms spotless, power showers - no buttons to hold and never ending hot water. The hosts are very nice and super helpful and are happy to have a natter. Adults only and wifi free, so peaceful too! Definitely recommend!!

Mi è piaciuto Plenty of space all around the pitch, we picked the Adult Only and it made for peaceful night, can't guarantee the adults though... Bathrooms awesome, clean and tidy. Water a little too hot for me but the hubs loved it, sadly for him- not really enough space, a little tight...

Non mi è piaciuto We ate in Arthur's and although it was very good, excellent food and wine, we thought that the prices were a little steep but we also understand 'captive audience' concept..

Mi è piaciuto Whitemead Forest Park is a great place, pitches are plenty big enough, plenty of hookups, bins everywhere, we were on 80 and just across from bins and Elsan point. Toilets all over and the shower block immaculate, fabulous showers. Obviously we were here in October and we just think that in the high season 4-5 showers might be a struggle! Pool area, spa and gym the husband tells me, great! Plenty of walking routes, dog walks and outdoor activities 😀 Bar, restaurant and coffee bar are lovely, delicious, simple food - pizza, burgers, fish and chips.

Mi è piaciuto Great weather, fabulous site - we were lake side. Restaurant and bar very friendly people, lovely lady served us.. Our stay included a slightly grumpy goose, we named her Gertie. We found her ok if ignored or spoke to her nicely oh, and bread!! Bathrooms clean and tidy, site tidy. Wifi is very random, my connection good, husband's rubbish. Would recommend.

Mi è piaciuto Private bathroom was good, great showers and plenty hot water. The lake beautiful but fishing only. Bar and snacks ok, bit pricey but generally a very good site. If you want peace and quiet it's great, very friendly staff..

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing much close by - supermarkets about 20mins each way on bicycles..

Mi è piaciuto The weather was a little hit and miss but plenty of cycle tracks to travel.. Very welcoming couple to greet you on arrival. Lovely little restaurant next door, very basic - pizza, burgers etc..

Non mi è piaciuto A great deal could be done with the bathrooms - the showers are a ridiculous dribble of water that is on the cool side, toilets - not enough for the size of the site! All the floors are running with water and very dirty!! The site is in need of a massive overhaul but hey, even a little gardening would make a difference. Too many caravans, motorhomes and tents are crammed in with very few electric hookups!! We had to change 4 times because it kept tripping out!!

Mi è piaciuto Friendliness of couple who welcomed us most generously, full information and directions, facilities and local attractions. Loved The Staggered Inn, great host and staff, super friendly 'other campers'..

Non mi è piaciuto Bathroom facilities.. 2 showers and 2 toilets for too many pitches and it wasn't full! Had to wait both mornings.. Apparently the Gents were disgusting - blocked toilets, no toilet paper and obviously not checked throughout the day... Sunday, I presume is a NO clean day - awful, mud and grass in the showers and not clean toilets and still a shortage of toilet paper! As a by, the Disabled Toilet does not include a shower! Apparently just a Baby change??!!??

Dal gestore: Thank you for your review The local authorities say that the facilities we have are sufficient for the size of our site We have asked for more but they wont allow it so that is out of our hands unfortunately. at most campsites or restaurants or any public place you go you have to wait most of the time for a bathroom. There was A blocked toilet in the Gents We closed it off until the maintenance team got here and that was only 40 mins. WE CLEAN OUR FACILITIES THROUGH OUT THE DAY some times some customers don't leave them how they find them.. Sorry if you had no toilet paper we have big rolls on the wall and we put extra small rolls in too We do say to let us no if there is a problem with anything That way we can correct it Thanks for staying with us

Mi è piaciuto The peace and quiet is awesome, huge pitches, fully serviced. Bathroom facilities super clean, plenty of bins around fabulous staff on reception and in the bistro/bar. We had a Porterhouse steak and the lamb chilli = amazing, hubs said the steak was delicious!

Non mi è piaciuto Ladies showers are on one of the timer button things, I had to lean on it because it turned off the water really quickly, hubs said his showers were very bad water pressure, 'gentle sprinkle' were his words... Apart from that, nothing to dislike - great site!

Mi è piaciuto What a fabulous spot.. We were there for 3 nights.. Rain all day, day 2 but lovely site and when all is said and done, nothing they can do about the weather.. Lovely river side location.. The pub does great food and drink, although a little expensive but hey.. saves cooking and bringing your own.. Couple of white doves don't mind coming into the van to save you getting the vac out.. Shower/toilet block perfectly adequate but could do with a really good cleaning on a daily basis, I didn't mind the 50p for the shower but clean please..

Mi è piaciuto Super friendly on arrival, escorted to our pitch. Great stay, quiet and relaxing. The site is sort of split into 3 but generally EHU's are in the first 2 sections. Bathrooms clean and tidy, wash up great, nothing to not like!

Mi è piaciuto Nothing to not like, weather not the best but hey..!! Bathrooms are excellent, clean and checked on a regular basis. Water a little hot for my liking but most seem to enjoy. Did suggest 'Squeegee mops' and toilet brushes..??!!?? Really close to the sea, walk the beach when the tide is out.. Feed the Red Kites and gulls literally by throwing food up.. People great, site fabulous and staff so helpful, definitely recommend to all..

Non mi è piaciuto Absolutely nothing... Personal preferences are not really admissible!! Hubs could do with WiFi but am told that they are working on..

Mi è piaciuto Fabulous site, spacious pitches, immaculate bathrooms. Great big shower heads and great pressure! The cleaning crew are really nice and do a great job. Portmerrion village is amazing, so much to see, just amazing, we loved it. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Mi è piaciuto Great pitch, pretty much level. EHU and water tap on the pitch. Showers and toilets immaculate, did have a problem with water pressure, it was sorted straight away. Great site for walkers and super friendly for dogs. Lovely and quiet too..

Mi è piaciuto We stopped in a motorhome pitch at the top of the site, the position, flat, gravelled with electric, water and hedging between the pitches and lpwas fabulous, sunsets to die for!! Friendly and very helpful staff, polite and courteous. Shower block immaculate, hot water, clean floors. There is a little shop carrying emergency essentials - a burger without bacon but phew!!, they have bacon!! Great site overall, with walks along the cliff edge and steps down to the beach.

We will pass on your warm and positive comments onto the park staff who really enjoy making sure all is as it should be. We found great pleasure in looking at everyone elses photographs of the Borealis the next day, and not a minute of sleep lost.

Mi è piaciuto Loved it.. Super friendly, clean and tidy everywhere. I think it's a relatively new site, lots of new plants.. Loving the fresh herbs scattered about the site, in pots and planted out, we had fresh parsley on steaks last night. Books and dvds available to borrow and essential shopping in the reception cabin. Loved it and definitely recommend!!

Mi è piaciuto Pencraig Camping is in situated in a quiet and peaceful part of Anglesey. The bathroom facilities are excellent, clean, tidy and fabulous showers! Very friendly owners, well laid out, small and very pleasant. We had a great weekend, thank you 😊

Mi è piaciuto We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome and the invitation to the evenings celebrations, they had raised an enormous amount of money for the Air Ambulance! Others on site were very nice too..
