Mi è piaciuto showers and toilets were such good quality - really like the fact that you get a private lockable cubicle that also contains a sink in the shower , meaning you can combine showering with teeth cleaning and washing face etc in your own space. the site is gorgeous with lovely views and is under 10 mins walk to the park and ride bus into Lyme which makes getting in really easy (we had a car but chose not to drive down to the town to save on parking). Owners provided all info before stay over whatsapp and then just left us to it which was great, unlike some of the overbearing sites we’ve been to before in the area. Will definitely be back!

Mi è piaciuto Really great spot- just a quick walk into town! will be coming back. showers and toilets were well maintained and had a rustic feel. the views were AMAZING and the proximity to hope cove was perfect. we loved it so much! booked through pitch up, the owners sent a text on arrival day with instructions that were very easy to follow, we found everything very easily. they visit the site daily and although we didn’t run into them we felt that if we’d have had any issues they would have been on hand to help. pitches were well laid out and spacious. we will definitely be coming back!

Mi è piaciuto Great experience, the site was simple but gorgeous with lovely views across the rolling hills. Exactly what we wanted! Loads of space to pitch and amazing long soft grass (barely needed our roll mat). Ollie the host was super friendly and helpful, giving us some firewood and even helping us jump start our car the next day when we were having such a nice time enjoying the campsite that we lost track of time and left our lights and stereo on for 2 hours (beware haha). Nothing I would change! The site is exactly as advertised.

Mi è piaciuto Overall a positive experience, facilities were very nice and super clean, we thought the dishwashing station was particularly good. Good location, the walk into Lyme Regis is really nice and all along a footpath so no worries about walking down country roads with cars. We had a non electric simple pitch, the location was private and quiet and had a gorgeous view. Staff in the reception and shop were very friendly and helpful throughout.

Non mi è piaciuto Wouldn’t have expected to have to pay extra for the showers and having to rely on exact 20p coins for this was slightly annoying. The other thing that could have improved the site for us would have been a bit more flexibility on arrival times, we actually had to find an alternative campsite for our first night because we got stuck in traffic and would have arrived after 8pm which is their last cutoff for letting people into the site (even though it’s june and is still light after that time for pitching). They do clearly state the arrival times on the website to be fair to them, but plenty of other sites offer more leniency on this and it did make the drive down quite stressful having to seek an alternative site when it became clear we wouldn’t make it on time.
