Mi è piaciuto Really great site. Very rural and peaceful locations overall. There are two more levels so we were able to separate ourselves from a big rowdy group. Great location just on the edge of the Cotswolds and a good base for visiting surrounding landscapes. We actually stayed to get my gearbox on my VW T25 sorted next door by Malc so it was perfect for that! Owner texted all details before made it easy to find. Very clean overall.

Non mi è piaciuto The showers are pretty bad. Slowed to a trickle at several points and flashed between hot and cold for like 30 seconds. Second day they were not hot at all which was really disappointing.

Sorry you had a bad experience with our showers, if you had let us know we would've come and sorted straight away, its the first time they've been temperamental! We don't normally allow groups to stay so glad you managed to enjoy some peace whilst staying with us, despite the group in the next field.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly staff and nice rural site. Its clean and well maintained. Everything needed was there e.g. toilets, waste disposal, grey water.

Non mi è piaciuto Very very busy! Also restaurant closed due to a wedding which was a shame and not communicated during booking, the wedding was also quite loud.

Mi è piaciuto The location is excellent, the Riverside pitch was sheltered from the wind and really idyllic. There is a tap for washing up which is handy! Its handy for lots of stuff in the northern lakes and the pub nearby is really great

Non mi è piaciuto No bins on the actual camp site which is really annoying. The logs we bought were so thick it was hard to get them to burn I had to get an axe from Keswick- its annoying because they insist that you have to buy the wood on site.
