Excellent site, great facilities but need to allow dogs in the bar.

Wont go again due to the camping basics.
lug 2026 Mi è piaciuto I liked the site overall, nice bar and restaurant. An adequate shop and coffee bar. Reception was also very friendly.
Non mi è piaciuto I have recently travelled across Europe and without doubt this was the worst actual camping experience. The hard pitches are just a car park. The toilet area was full of midges as it’s set alongside a swamp like area. However the chemical toilet was a whole different story. It was a sink that was permanently blocked with faecal matter - only the strongest stomachs can stand it.

Excellent site with great views and level pitches.
lug 2023 Mi è piaciuto Location was excellent for hiking and cycling. The Engine shed bar was a great extra with good beer and very good food with a different choice each night. The on site shop / reception was great, staff were friendly and helpful and a handy place to buy ur milk.
Non mi è piaciuto Toilets are in need of a revamp, they have plans to do this in the winter but this is really needed.Excellent s
