Mi è piaciuto We stayed on an electric grass pitch with plenty of space between us and other pitches. The shower and toilet blocks were clean and had plenty of hot water. Check-in was straightforward despite us arriving late at night, as we managed to catch the owner at the cider barn who sorted us out. The campsite was quiet overall, with just a bit of background noise from the cider place earlier on, but nothing late or disruptive.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely quiet campsite on small farm. Kids loved seeing the pigs and chickens. Helpful, friendly hosts. Idyllic location great for Combe Martin, Valley of the Rocks, Lynmouth etc.

Mi è piaciuto - Stunning location. - River! Great for a quick swim to cool off. - Great base for hillwalking (near to both Cadair Idris and the Arans). - Spacious with pitching areas not too close. - Didn't use them but individual fire pits are a nice touch. - Hot showers.

Non mi è piaciuto - Facilities need a little TLC in places and could be cleaner (although I think some recent guests may have been more to blame).

Mi è piaciuto Great location for Eden Project, Charlestown and Tregargus Valley (a real hidden gem). Tranquil with good views and clean facilities.

Mi è piaciuto Clean, tranquil campsite with great views. Kids loved the lambs in the next field along. New(ish) shower/toilet block was great - showers even had real taps so no leaning against a cold metal button whilst trying to wash!

Non mi è piaciuto Very dark at night - great for stargazing not so great if you've not got a torch and need the toilet.

Mi è piaciuto Great location just off A30 to break journey to Cornwall with lots of great things to see locally (Granite Way, Meldon Viaduct, Lydford Gorge). Facilities clean. Helpful staff.

Non mi è piaciuto Shower/toilet facilities a little tired and a long way from some pitches. It is close to the A30 - so traffic noise might be an issue to some but didn't really notice it once inside the campervan with the doors shut.

Mi è piaciuto Brilliant views of the sea and countryside. Quiet rural location but close to great beaches at Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe.

Non mi è piaciuto Urinals could do with more privacy.
