Mi è piaciuto Great welcome with helpful advice about activities and local attractions. Lovely site with either sunny or shaded pitches in the trees. Nice clean toilet/shower blocks. Canoe hire is available from site as well as bike hire

ago 2026 Mi è piaciuto Very close to Dieppe ferry port but out in the countryside making it ideal for the first or last day of holidays. Very clean toilet/ shower blocks with lots of hot water! Cycle path goes all the way to Dieppe which is quite a fascinating town to explore. Nice level pitches with plenty of room

dic 2025 Mi è piaciuto What a fantastic site ! And a very warm welcome with an interesting walk around showing us where everything was. Pitches are perfect size and are nice and level. We stayed over Xmas so it wasn’t busy but it must be fantastic in the warmer months especially if the ‘yard bar’is open. Must be a great social space. Information pack gives you a good insight into what the farm is doing for the survival of rare breeds. Definitely worth staying here.

ott 2025 Mi è piaciuto Location is great for us to visit family in Shrewsbury. Pitches are nice and level and plenty of room. Showers are amazing,clean, warm and plenty of hot water

So much to do and see within easy reach of this site. Cheddar Gorge,Wookey Hole,Glastonbury Tor and the Fleet Air Arm Museum are brilliant places to visit. Good food and bar on site and the swimming pool was open during our stay which for February is really good
Really clean toilet/shower block that’s heated so always welcoming
Good sized pitches and room for a car too.

ago 2024 Mi è piaciuto Another stunning location. Loads to do here. Cycle across the causeway to a little island to explore. Rochefort and La Rochelle are well worth a visit and there’s a bus stop not far from the site.

Beautiful old Manor House with apple and pear orchards. Fairly level grass pitches between the trees so plenty of shade. Cycle path less than half a mile from site that takes you to the local town and further afield
No Wi-Fi unless you stay in the manor but that’s not the end of the world

One useful piece of advice… go into the main town and follow signs as the way we went in is very narrow!!
