Mi è piaciuto Beautiful countryside around, really peaceful site, good clean loos, friendly owners and plenty of space to pitch without feeling crowded. Information about the showers and hot water for washing up needing coins is plentiful so no excuse for not knowing. There is also a freezer so you can refreeze ice blocks, and there are phone charging lockers too if you need them. Really good value at £9 per person per night!

Non mi è piaciuto Cars racing on nearby roads were an unwanted noisy intrusion, but not the camp site's fault obviously.

Mi è piaciuto Tipi Adventure is a gorgeous site, the pitches are so well spaced and the toilets and showers are very good. As a solo camper on this occasion, I liked that I only had to pay for myself to camp. Loved the wild flowers and the birds, and I saw dragonflies, pheasants and rabbits. If you're a minimalist camper or a group with plenty of people to move your gear, it's perfect! Even though it was busy during the weekend I stayed, with most pitches were in use, it never felt crowded and other campers were far enough away to just be background noise.

Non mi è piaciuto As a solo camper it was hard work getting everything from the carpark to my pitch (and particularly back again as it was really hot when I was packing up to leave) by trolley. The 'short walk' is not particularly short after the 4th time with a trolley full of stuff in blazing sun, I've decided I'll only camp where I can take my car to my pitch in the future, even if I have to move it off again after unloading. The unending rumble of traffic from the A40 does spoil the peace somewhat, but I knew about that before I arrived, and there's not exactly much the site owners can do about it! The showers are also just too hot, I don't know if the owners are able to turn them down?

Mi è piaciuto What a gorgeous, quiet site in beautiful countryside only a 20 minute drive from our front door! Lovely big pitches, and clean, simple facilities. The shower is awesome, and I've never seen such pristine portaloos! Sam, the site owner, is friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the peace, listening to the birds and the cows in the next field.

Non mi è piaciuto The weather was awful and we had to leave early in order to pack our bell tent down dry! But we can't blame the site for that. We barely got any service on our phones either so did feel a bit out of touch. Again, not the site's fault.
