Mi è piaciuto Lovely location, really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We just wanted a short break and it was perfect to get away from it all. Toilet/shower/bath/kitchen facilities were clean, functional and quirky. Loved the hosts, chickens and pigs. Volunteers were polite and friendly

Mi è piaciuto Close to Nazarè. Big site where you can choose your own pitch. Facilities were clean .

Non mi è piaciuto The toilets and facilities were a bit tired. Camp site seemed like it could do with a bit of love to get it up to speed

Mi è piaciuto Camping (non-electric) grass pitch area behind pub was well maintained. It was a lovely location for dog walking along the canal and there are plenty of nice pubs to choose from in the village. Nice for a short break. Small co-op very close by for supplies. The Green Man is a pleasant pub for a beer or 2!

Non mi è piaciuto The wet room was new and has the potential to be very pleasant when it is finished. At the moment it is not lockable because the wooden door is warped and the bolt does not work. This is a bit off putting. There are no pot washing up facilities - it would be good if this is included in the developments which seem to be on-going.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely location, facilities well maintained and cleaned regularly throughout the day. Staff welcoming and friendly. Lots of space and peaceful setting.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing really - the Pitch-up description of wifi would be better described as access to wifi at site reception. Not a problem to us but might be if people are relying on this.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site, really good wash rooms and washing up facilities - nicest I have used. Fantastic scenery and walking.

Non mi è piaciuto Although advertised as having wifi - this is misleading, it does not reach the pitches - but there are plans for this to be improved.

Mi è piaciuto The setting was lovely for walking and the site was well maintained with plenty of clean toilet/shower facilities. The wash up area was very good with fridge freezers, kettle and microwave. Bolton Abbey is a great place to relax and walk. We enjoyed the clear night skies and abundant birdsong.

Non mi è piaciuto The advertised wifi does not apply to the pitches which seems misleading. But not really a problem for us. Some of the pitches are sloping which is worth knowing, but again not a problem for us.
