Mi è piaciuto Clean, quiet, spacious pitches. Had good links for cycling and visiting Derbyshire.

Non mi è piaciuto Maybe a clubhouse, with a bar and games in the evening with a bit of background music. The showers were stone cold on our last morning, couldn’t actually get under it. The WiFi was unusable, unable to connect to it at anytime.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly hosts, lake location, clean hot showers. Great WiFi reasonable prices and a lake to swim in.

Non mi è piaciuto Lots of flies, but it was red hot in the trees by a lake, so pretty normal.

Mi è piaciuto The location fantastic for cycling and reaching surrounding towns. Wonderful pool area kept immaculately clean, as are the showers and toilets. Nice restaurant with decent food. Enjoyed our time here, but the site needs work. I wouldn’t return mainly because I like new places.

Non mi è piaciuto The toilets and showers were unisex and could easily of been partitioned into male/ female, they also looked old. Nothing to dry hands with after visiting the toilet and no hairdryer. The advertised entertainment was not at all in full swing and mostly all in French what they did have, inspite of advertising English speaking. Just July and August as peak season is short changing guests that arrive in June and other times. The worst thing about the site though is I think they do not have a lawnmower. We arrived late and had a pitch assigned. The plot was a grid size and fairly shady the grass was long sketchy with lots of weeds,, the ground on our pitch was uneven like a tractor had been on it. We were offered the opportunity to change the pitch the following morning, but everything was set up at that point, so would have been hard work. In the 2 weeks we were there no plots had their first ass cut as far as I could see. You had to pay for WiFi. The flies, millions of ants and other bugs were awful and I was bitten numerous times (not usually) pretty sure it was because of the lack of attention

Dal gestore: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed our location, the swimming pool, the cleanliness of our sanitary facilities and our restaurant. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our entertainment programme varies throughout the season, with July and August being the main period for activities. We also take note of your comments regarding the sanitary facilities and the maintenance of your pitch. We regret that you were not fully satisfied with its condition on arrival. Regarding insects, their presence can unfortunately be more noticeable during the warmer months, particularly in a natural environment such as ours. Thank you again for your comments, which help us identify areas where we can improve. We wish you all the best in your future travels. The team at the Campsite L’Air Marin

Mi è piaciuto Lovely park and restaurant, site kept really neat and tidy

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets and showers, we’re old, but even worse they were dirty!!!! Didn’t matter what time you went in, areal let down. The flies not the campsites fault it’s near 2 lakes and in the woods, it was the first time we’ve had to ever use the fly screen.

Mi è piaciuto The feel of the site.

Non mi è piaciuto Location neither in one place or another, cycling was along a busy road to get anywhere, so had to drive. Showers were awful a cubicle with nowhere to get dry, and no front door on the shower block .

Mi è piaciuto Lovely clean toilet, beautiful location. Could order bread daily.

Non mi è piaciuto Uneven pitch, a bit out of the way, as it is winter nothing open on the site meaning you had to travel..

Dal gestore: Thank you for your rating and comment that reassures us. Indeed, we offer a catering service only in July / August but a tiny grocery service is available at the reception. In the village, you can find a grocery store worthy of the name at 1km from our site. I hope, next time you'll visit us, that you'll try it's roast chicken I recommend ;).
