Mi è piaciuto It was -for the most part - peaceful and quiet with great views over the solway. Food at the cafe/bar was great and very tasty.

Non mi è piaciuto Shower area - good large areas for showering in but it was a push button system that only gave about 30seconds of flow before having to push again which caused the water to cool considerably for a few seconds.

Dal gestore: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your lovely photos of the views across the Solway. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, beautiful views and tasty food in our café/bar. We appreciate your comments regarding the push-button showers and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the short bursts of water and changes in temperature. Your feedback is important to us, and we will pass this on to our team for review. It’s wonderful to hear that you would recommend us to friends and plan to visit again. We look forward to welcoming you back to Queensberry Bay in the future! Kind regards, Team Verdant.

Mi è piaciuto It was peaceful and pitches were large. Toilet /shower block was very clean and showers were great (proper tap not push button) staff were friendly and welcoming.

Non mi è piaciuto The hard standing which made it difficult to tie down our awning.

Mi è piaciuto Nothing

Non mi è piaciuto The accommodation. If you enjoy camping in a tent then the glamping pod would be fine but being a caravaner i wasn't impressed by it. On site toilets were dirty and the luke warm water showers weren't good. Won't be back.

Dal gestore: Hi Robert , Many thanks for review and delighted that you enjoyed your stay and planning to return at a later date . Regards Duncan

Mi è piaciuto Quietness of the site and the scenery round about .

Non mi è piaciuto Showers cutting off every 30 seconds was an inconvenience along with having to cross to another part of the village for toilet and showers, Towing caravan in and out of village was not a pleasant experience as some of the locals treat it like a race track.

Mi è piaciuto It was a very well kept site, lovely and clean and quiet. Pitches were large. Toilets and shower clean and tidy , staff very friendly and helpful.

Non mi è piaciuto The entrance road towards the site- speed bumps were a bit high.

Dal gestore: Hi Robert Thank you very much for your great review, much appreciated. We couldn't agree with you more about the speed bumps, but until irresponsible drivers slow down the estate management will leave them in place for the protection of our guests and the children who live here, no speeding , no bumps, no problem, Im sure you'll agree. Hope to see you again soon at Blairdrummond. Allan
