Mi è piaciuto Peaceful valley with flock of pheasants grazing. On the South Downs way so very good location. Outdoor cafe on entrance to farm.

Mi è piaciuto Basic campsite but all you need; hot showers and fire pits. About 1 1/2 miles off South Downs Way so convenient for those walkng the SDW. Feels isolated despite being very near Peacehaven and Saltdean

Non mi è piaciuto Cars driving on and off the site after dark and until 11pm.

Mi è piaciuto Very friendly hosts. Back to basics camping. Next to footpaths straight onto South Downs (1 mile from South Downs Way)

Mi è piaciuto The site is very basic with a couple of composting toilets. This was just what I wanted. Each pitch has a fire pit and a couple of wooden chairs. Container of water provided and wood for sale.

Non mi è piaciuto Walked past the entrance first. You turn onto the track to the National Trust (Standen) The entrance is the big gates opposite this track, 6 metres after turning off the road.
