Mi è piaciuto Lovely field, great to have a campsite basically in the town and everything was clean and tidy

Non mi è piaciuto We didn't realise it was £1 for showers - and had to choose which of us used the only £1 we had in cash! I think this could be made clearer.

Mi è piaciuto Clean loos, lovely National park and trails

Non mi è piaciuto Out of more than a dozen campsites this summer, this was our only disappointment. The campervan pitches are in a public car park which is open at night and next to a main road. There were cars driving in and out of the car park all night, which made us feel vulnerable. The campsite for tents is v pretty and on side of a hill but not suitable for campervans. Also the showers needed tokens, which despite speaking to someone on the phone, we never got. I understand it’s mostly a bike stop for mountain bikers but over £30 feels too much for what felt like a roadside car park pitstop.
