Very peaceful and great breakfast options.

The surroundings were amazing the facilities were good. The bar and restaurant were a delight. The staff made the whole thing girls in the bar and restaurant were professional and friendly. As were the whole team. Definitely stay again

Pitch size good level pitch’s, good location

Noise from shooting range constant from 9am until 5pm, shower block a fair way away from pitches, used the washing machine clothes came out dirtier than what they went in, house keeping staff very rude

After pitching in a field this was a level up. The pitch is close to the Westlands Club House which has a Restaurant and Bar. Separately and to the front of the Club House is the Shower, Toilet and Laundry. There is also a self service milk and milk shake dispenser in the car park which is novel and quite handy for fresh milk.

The shower block was clean and the showers were good.

The staff were very helpful and went out of the way to help me with a request to refrigerate some items.

Not much to dislike, just be aware that there is a shot gun club with clay shooting traps out the back so there will be shooting close by the camping ground.

The showers did run out of hot water by early evening.

Visited before nice fully serviced pitches and nice location short way from motorway,food and drink facilities with nice lodge .
There’s gunshots from 9 am but our dogs didn’t mind either did we as visited before.

There seems to be a couple rowdy groups out in lodges ,I woke to hear someone shouting for people to keep noise down and a little later an ambulance appeared ,this was the Friday night ,the Saturday night was much quieter.

The site was very good helpful staff

Cleaning staff drove a little fast for my liking with a small child walking beside use
