We really enjoyed to stay in place which owners made to feel comfortable and safe. Grass it looks Amazing clean and cut often . Toilet and kitchen very good organised clean and very good condition for camping area z

Very clean and tidy site. The bell tent was very clean and well pitched.
Basic but spotless facilities.
Great grounds and lovely safe dog field.
Although we didn’t eat there, a good catering van with a selection of options.

This is by far my favourite site. Love the warm welcome when your arrive from Terry and April. The showers and the toilets are lovely and clean. The site is very well maintained and we love having a firepit in the evenings. Have been many times and hope to return many times.

Nothing at all

My third time here and I'll be back for a fourth. Terry and April keep the site the same year after year by sheer hard work and attention to detail - everything works, it's tidy and clean, peaceful, and there is space to do as little or as much as you like. Everyone says hello or waves at you and the views are awesome. Leaving the campsite and turning left or right gives you a wealth of opportunities - from Burton Bradstock and West Bay one way, to Lyme and beyond in the other direction.

Pilsdon View is always special but staying in the yurt was just heavenly. April and Terry always make you feel so welcome. The pop-up takeaway Jurassic Pork is great value and very tasty.

Leaving after only two nights.

Fantastic campsite with everything you need. Relaxed layout. The owners make it very easy for you to setup, have a fire etc. The kids loved the tire swing and spent the entire time on it with other kids on the site. Highly recommended

Well kept friendly site.

No dislikes

Hosts were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, did everything they could to make sure you had an amazing time. You can tell they are so passionate about getting kids enjoying the outdoors as there was really an emphasis on families and plenty of free toys for kids to play with, along with the tyre swing, set up on a big old tree in the corner.
Very laid back, give you a quick talk on the different fields and locations and then leave you to pick a spot and get on with it. They supply a fire pit for free and then it's £5 for a big bag of logs plus some newspaper, cardboard and kindling, oh, and the free bag of marshmallows and skewers we got on arrival! Our fire went out and I was struggling to get it going again, they had already spotted this and by the time I went over to ask if they had any extra newspaper, kindling etc... They were already collecting some bits, getting their flamethrower ready and on their way!

Overall, a very positive experience and we will definitely be back next year, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing family holiday!
