-The names on the welcome board as you arrived and the welcome gift of marshmallows and sticks.
-The warm friendly helpful staff: April, Terry, Claire and Hannah.

-The huge pitches
-The showers (with fairy lights!) and toilets
-The washing up area
-The unicycles, bouncy hoppers, and other games to borrow.
-The playground, swings, slides etc
-The blackberries to pick
-The soft ground easy for putting pegs in!
-The free fire pits and tractor round with logs sold and delivered each evening.
-The charging lockers for mobile phones
-The proximity to many wonderful places to visit (West Bay, Bridport, Charmouth, Lyme Regis, Weymouth, etc etc)
-The relaxed and friendly atmosphere
-The quiet after dark
-The large spaces to play ball games
-The community feel of people lending and borrowing but also having your own quiet space

A very relaxed, open and friendly campsite. Excellent value for money and all facilities were clean, functional and well equipped.
Wish we had stayed longer!

Absolutely fantastic site. By far our favourite site we've stayed at. We were made to feel so welcome and Terry and April run the site amazingly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The facilities are spotless, hot shower, playground and tyre swing for kids. Food truck serving delicious breakfast and dinner at a great price. Honestly couldn't wish for anything else.

We brought the wrong tent, so upgraded to a bell tent. Terry and April were very kind throughout the stay. I love the site as it's very family oriented. The toilet block and showers are lovely and clean. Very handy to have Jurassic Pork van on site. Loved it at the site so much, have already booked for next year!

Such a beautiful campsite and April and Terry were absolutely amazing! So friendly and approachable and they work hard to make everyone's experience such a great one. Would highly recommend, especially for families

We had a great time we stayed in a bell tent for 3 nights it was lovely and clean as were the toilets and showers.
The fire pits with the logs being delivered by tractor was lovely and plenty of space for the kids to play ball games.

We went as a group of friends with our young children and absolutely loved the complimentary marshmallows and the tyre swing! The little play area was really lovely and the children had a lot of fun. The provision of the fire pits was fab as well - a camp fire always makes it extra special. It was also helpful having a food van on site, especially for a short stay.

The bell tents were near a road with lights along it, which meant they were lit up at night. I would also have loved a compost loo on each field - being pregnant and with small children, being very near a loo at night is helpful!

Well laid out campsite.
They brought round a fire pit and logs to us after we checked it. Logs are £5 and provide newspaper and Kindling too! They had footballs and unicycles for the kids to use and some fossils that had been collected. Will definitely go back next year!
