We’re very lucky to have such a large park with plenty of facilities and activities for our guests to enjoy, so we’re pleased to hear you appreciated this.

I’m sorry to hear about the disorganisation you experienced and that your allotted pitch was already taken when you arrived. Our dedicated Touring Team should be visible and available to assist in situations like this, and pitches are clearly numbered I will follow this up with our Touring Manager to understand what happened.

We do encourage all guests to drive slowly on-park, as per our signage, but we are also looking into adding more visible signs around the park to help reinforce this message.

We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the open spaces and variety of activities for children and families.

I’m sorry to learn about your caravan being egged during your stay that’s certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. I’d like to reassure you that our Welcome Team and Security Teams do walk the park regularly, and if they see anything untoward, they will always challenge or deal with any issues. As the park has become busier, we have also increased our security presence to ensure our guests feel safe and supported.

Your comments about seeing more team walking around the park are noted, and we’ll share this with the management teams as part of our continuous improvements.

We’d like to reassure you that during your stay, we were made aware of an isolated incident on the park, and we took immediate action. The police were involved and are aware of the individuals believed to be responsible. Our team has worked closely with the authorities to support their investigation.

At Meadow Bay, we expect all guests to follow the rules and treat others with respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unacceptable behaviour, and our Welcome Teams and Security carry out regular patrols across the park. While we cannot control the behaviour of every individual, please be assured that when issues are reported or witnessed, we take them very seriously and respond swiftly.

We're truly sorry your stay was affected, and we appreciate you raising this with us. Guest safety and peace of mind are extremely important to us, and we are continuing to review and enhance our procedures to ensure all guests feel safe and welcome.

We’re so glad you loved all the amazing things for the kids to do our park really is bursting with non-stop fun! From outdoor water sports to the fantastic entertainment and all the free activities, there's always something happening!

Our facilities have something for everyone whether it’s grabbing a treat at The Bunny Café or taking on the Aqua Assault Course, the fun never stops!

We’ve worked super hard to build the best entertainment and activities programme around, and it’s great to hear it’s making memories for families like yours.
