We’ve worked incredibly hard to provide the very best facilities, along with an outstanding activities and entertainment programme. There’s been a huge amount of work going on behind the scenes, and we certainly haven’t stopped there. It’s in our nature to be the best, which is why we continue to push forward with improvements and have invested millions back into the park in just the past year. When we look at how much has been achieved already, we’re proud but also determined to keep going.

I was really surprised to read that you didn’t enjoy our entertainment teams, as they are some of the very best around and are always keen to ensure everyone has the best time. That said, I am very sorry to hear of the rudeness you experienced from some team members. This is not the standard we set, and I will be looking into this as all of our park teams are expected to be helpful and friendly at all times.

Regarding the arcade, this is run by an external company, but I will ensure your comments are passed on to them. I also want to acknowledge your points around speeding vehicles, dogs off leads, and dog mess left behind these are issues we are continually addressing as guest safety and comfort are a priority for us. The train and pool slide are also areas we’ll review to make sure families get the most enjoyment out of their stay.

I’m so pleased you and your family enjoyed the parks, pump track, inflatables, and activities it’s great to hear your son had such fun. We’re glad this hasn’t put you off visiting us again, and I can assure you that we’ll be working hard to improve on the areas you’ve highlighted.

Our park shop is usually fully stocked with everything you could want maybe you came just before a delivery, but we promise it’s normally brimming with goodies! As for prices, we work hard to keep them reasonable for everyone, and our touring area is set up to make your stay as smooth as possible.

We’ve just added more bins across the park to make it super easy for everyone to put litter in the right place, and our teams do challenge anyone we see leaving mess on the floor that’s definitely not where it belongs!

We work hard to ensure our prices are low for everyone, so I don’t think you’d get as much as you do at our park at such a low price. We’re so glad you found the park great for children, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a smoother, more relaxing stay.

We’re truly sorry that communication wasn’t as smooth as it should have been all of our team members do know what’s on and where, so clearly we dropped the ball here . We’re working on tightening this up so that next time you’ll get clear answers straight away.

We totally agree about the signage we’re already working on providing better signs across the park so it’s easier to find everything without having to ask twice. Shade is also something we’re looking into because we know it makes a huge difference when you want to relax in the sunshine .

We have absolutely loved having you here with us and yes, we totally agree, our park is just stunning! From the sparkling lakes to the beautiful natural spaces and all the wonderful wildlife that call Billing home, it’s a pretty special place to wake up to every day.

We completely understand your comment about the rubbish and you’ll be pleased to hear we’ve just invested in more bins around the park to help encourage everyone to pop their rubbish away properly. We’ve got so much to do and see here at Billing, and keeping the park looking beautiful is all part of the fun.
