On site bar, fun fair, pool and arcade etc. Lots to do onsite without having to leave at all

No dedicated pitch, we didn't have an issue but there is a risk if you do out in your car someone can pitch up in your parking spot. You also can't then book pitches near facilities for older relatives which we had requested due to it being just a drive in and go where you want policy.

Toilets were also often out of paper and quite dirty even with the cleaners in there constantly. A few more blocks would have been ideal.

Lovely calm area with possibility to choose our place on ground. We had our tent near playground where our kids were playing and we were relaxing. Great place to come with kids lots of entertainment and fun fair.

Shower facilities not clean enough

Had a lovely time but to busy so facilities where so dirty

The whole place showers toilets and club houses was so untidy and dirty sorry will not return

Tent pitch easily accessible and good grass area with EHU.

Lakes & walk beautiful.

Showers - only curtains for privacy there should be lockable doors - my daughter felt very vulnerable especially at the age of 13! Also as there was male cleaners and maintenance in & out of showers when being used.
Also tent pitch right in front of showers where 4 cars a caravan & 2 gazebo’s with 18-21 year old boys sat out facing the showers which doors are open 24hours.
Not secure or safe.
Park in need of maintenance as run down in lots of areas and could do with a general tidy up.
The venue - very cafe style & food was shocking! Not very inviting.
States a dog friendly park- but very restricted as dogs not welcome in bars - only outside with no
Coverage if it rains - one bar has a small annex for dogs but you wouldn’t fit more that 4 people in there.
Swimming pool out of service.
No inflatable activities on lake.
Play Parks - all run down and need smarting up.
Would benefit from splash pad near venue.
Quiet zone from 11pm not policed very well as my neighbours decided to party till 4am bringing extra people of camp. Everyone likes a party but driving cars whilst drinking & smoking drugs near my tent was a concern!
Needs more choice of drinking & eating establishment for the size of the park.
Tent pitches not marked out - we struggled to find a space big enough and many people were taking over 2 pitches.
We had to clean our pitch of charcoal and someone’s teeth which apparently got kicked
Off site the morning we arrived.
Toilet- cleaning was shocking - poo left on toilet rolls, lots blood left over floor, poo up the sides of cubicles, Needs cleaning more often and more thoroughly.
Men’s toilets according to hubby - shockingly disgusting the stench was unbearable.- this may have just been ours on Teal!
I could go on!

The Venue, great food, kids loved the funfair.

The toilet blocks/showers and the fact the pool was out of use.

Plenty for the whole family to do. (Pool was closed, but the park gave us plenty of notice and a voucher of compensation to use for the weekend)

Really glad we came back to the site after a few years of not visiting since we had our daughter. The site has real natural beauty and the staff are all very friendly. Lovely touch to give us a voucher for the Venue with the pool out of use!

I will say that the funfair is starting to look a little bit dated!! Could do with a nice remodel! The facilities are good but the toilets are heavily used so could do with another daily clean.

First time camping here. Staff friendly and tried their best to keep it clean over the bank holiday.

People not respecting the toilet facilities. Throwing the tissues on the floor and putting nappies down the toilet. Not billings fault!
