From the very beginning of your holiday, we want you to feel welcomed and at home on our park. We are very lucky to have a variety of fish including pike, roach, perch, bream, and carp, offering multiple peaceful spots for casting your line and enjoying the surroundings.

I’m truly sorry to hear you found the swimming pool showers mostly cold during your stay. This isn’t the standard we aim for, as showers should be warm and comfortable nobody wants to step out of a pool into a cold shower! I’ve passed your feedback directly to our pool team who are investigating this as a priority. We’ll also be checking all the hairdryers.

We are always looking at ways to improve the experience for both our holiday guests and our holiday home owners. While we can’t always control the weather, we know it can put a damper on plans. We're currently exploring better ways to help guests still enjoy the outdoors, even when it's wet or chilly. On particularly bad days, we make use of The Willows as an alternative space to relax and stay dry.

Firstly, huge apologies if you came across any dog mess during your stay. That’s absolutely not the standard we aim for. We’ve recently purchased another load of bins which are on their way to the park now, and we’re placing them in key areas to help make it even easier for our guests to do the right thing.

We always stress the importance of picking up after our furry friends, and we’ll continue to reinforce this across the park.

The fishing is definitely a favourite for many of our visitors, with a variety of species like carp, pike, roach, perch, and bream to catch. I wonder what you managed to reel in during your stay?

We’re glad you enjoyed the bars, entertainment (especially for the children), the lake assault course, and crazy golf. A number of new things have been added for this season to keep everyone entertained.

Regarding vehicle movement, we completely understand your concern. While we do not have the land to accommodate cars outside the park, we are always looking at options to improve the situation.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your clothes getting wet in the shower cubicles. To help with this, we have a delivery of hooks on the way to the park very soon, which will make a big difference in keeping clothes dry and adding convenience during your next visit.

Regarding the toilet waste area and the queues, we completely agree that this isn’t ideal. We are planning to add a second waste pipe as part of our future development to help ease this issue and improve the overall experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely agree that having somewhere to place your clothing in the showers is important, which is why we have a large delivery of hooks on their way to the park hopefully adding that little extra convenience for your next visit.

Regarding the cold showers, we are actively looking into this as we want to ensure no one has a chilly experience unless they choose to! That would spoil anyone’s day, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Please know that your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We have a zero tolerance policy for antisocial behaviour, and our Welcome Teams are always here to support and protect our owners and holiday guests. I’m very sorry if you felt unsafe that’s never acceptable.

About the vehicle speeds on site, we encourage everyone to drive at 5 mph or less to keep everyone safe. We’re currently working hard on a range of improvements, including installing more signage to help remind drivers and make the park safer for all.

I completely understand your frustration about the cleanliness concerns and the theft of your children’s bikes. We take these matters seriously and are already investigating these issues to ensure we improve going forward.
