Tidy grounds with lots to do for kids prices to do things we’re also reasonable superior cabins were clean and looked after

The camp was amazing, alot to do, clean and tidy considering the amount of people staying.

Toilets kept running out of toilet roll, and when the venue shut the camp site became very noisy but that's to be expected. The arcade could do with air conditioning as it was very hot.

They have spent a huge amount of money on the outside area by the venue and it is just brilliant. The huge amount of space on the pitch and the fact we were able to pitch next to our friends was a bonus too. I also like that the swimming is now included in the price (although the desk needs to be better served).

The toilets/showers were vile. The sanitary disposal units were over flowing the whole 3 days we were there, there was no soap in any of the dispensers, there was no toilet paper (so glad I had tissues in my handbag at all times) and on the first night they had to close one of the women's shower blocks as water was literally pouring from a light fitting in the ceiling. That was the block that also had the free hairdryers in too.
The day I arrived they couldn't find my booking and said that the only booking they could see with my name on still owed £100!! In the end they could find a booking from pitch up with my ref no. but it had no name on the booking so something between Pitchup and Billing had gone terribly wrong.
The presence of the police helicopter and police cars chasing around the park on the Monday afternoon wasn't very reassuring either.
Booking in for swimming was also a bit of a mission too as the poor woman doing the Booking was also the only one manning the coffee shop too so she had queues of people wanting to check in for swimming as she was trying to make a big order of coffees up alone. Not a dig at her at all, she quite clearly needed help and no-one would come. And then on our last day after swimming we thought we'd treat the kids to a nice lunch all together before we left for home, we went to the bar at 12.44pm to be told that the chef hadn't turned up and there would be no food, I asked if I could get some chips from the counter next door and was again told they were just shutting, so I then looked outside at the burger wagon and the pizza wagon and both of them were also shut. So basically nowhere to purchase hot food on the park. Not the best end to our holiday.

Loved all the facilities for the children they had lots of fun

Clientele was not very good on site, kids riding motorbike around the pitches big kids swearing on the parks around toddlers .I felt very sorry for the cleaners trying to keep up with cleaning the toilets and showers ,people were disgusting leaving dirty sanitary pads on floor and blood on seats no toilet paper dirty brown marks on the side which I think might be make up just made me feel a little sick and didn’t want to use them .The sink area needs a bin as the sinks were full of food and had to be cleaned before I could use them . It is such a shame as the park itself was lovely.

Camping facilities felt as if they’d just been sorted.

The venue and water sport was amazing so fun

Lovely facilities, looks like they have pumped a great deal of money into it.

Also, loved it was right on the river so jumped on our paddle board.

Some great activities for the kids etc.

The majority of the people camping were all there for getting hammered or stoned. 😂

Felt like more or a festival campsite at night (which I love by the way) but not with two young kids trying to get some sleep.

First campsite we’ve been to that needed security and police escorting campers out!

Awful service husband had to sleep in my car pod was absolutely tiny

POD was advertised bigger than what it was… getting 2 adults 17 year old 12 year old & a dog in was impossible my husband slept in the car asked to be near toilets as I’m disabled but I was the last pod on the end couldn’t of been more further away was Just a vile experience

Plenty of things to do to keep the children entertained, grounds were clean and tody

Cleanliness of the Toilets & showers were hit and miss. No toilet roll first thing in the morning.

Good location, lots things to do , like indoor pool places to eat , toilets ,shower

Only problem that if your tent is far from toilets then at night is bit scary to walk distance 😀
