Horrific experience

We are a relatively new holiday park after taking ownership back in late March and have made a considerable investment during that time improving the park and its facilities. Am sorry that you found your check in experience to be chaotic. We listen to all of the guests feedback to ensure we are constantly improving our service. The team are in the process of numbering the pitches and we have increased resource to welcome our touring guests. |

Thanks for your comments and yes, we have invested around £12M since we took over Billing Aquadrome in late March this year. Sorry to hear that you found the arrival chaotic and that the toilets were not as expected. We have dedicated cleaning team in each block from 7am to 11pm to ensure the cleaning and stocking of the blocks are kept on top of - am sorry to hear that you didn't find this to be the case. I do hope that you would reconsider returning again in the very near future. |
