We really enjoyed our stay site had plenty to do for the kids aged 11 9 and 6 great facilities with work being carried out to improve the site even further would definitely return.

Nothing much to dislike only 1 improvement would be around the water taps need concrete as once the mud around the tap gets wet become very slippery and I nearly fell on more than 1 occasion overall can’t complain

Flat ground on every pitch, good facilities, friendly informative staff, pick your own pitch on your designated area, clean washing toilet facilities, easy check in, good competitive price to stay

Not many water collection points, a little overpriced on site shops and bar, not a lot to do for older people, some people should keep to the site rules for cleanliness of their areas with regards to rubbish left and dog fouling

Pitchup booking was easy to use

Official complaint is still pending where I have emailed meadow bay and have just been ignored.

We turned up Thursday to Billing AQuadrome and it was absolutely horrific. We were just told, 'that's your field, find somewhere there'. 

It was absolutely chaos on the electric Hookup side with no sense of structure at all, one we found a pitch that looked free we found it to be filled with smashed glass and litter (not good for a 'family site' when we have a 1 year old and 2 year old. We cleaned up and pitched the awning and set up our caravan. 

Once setup we ventured out only to find all the kids parks closed off so we couldn't use them. 

The pathways were non existent, and the ones that were there were closed of had machinery on? Forcing us to walk in the busy road with cars and machinery speeding everywhere. Dangerous. There is a speed limit but obviously not enforced at all. 

We finally made it to the shop, bout ice cream. We were then greated with a gand of groundworkers swearing and cat calling at the top of there voices in front of my family and children. 

Toilet blocks and showers next to our site were horrific, unclean and nasty. Doors missing, poo on the floor, locks broken. The pools of what seemed stagnant water and urine. I went several times in hopes it would have been cleaned but no, same urineand same rubbish piles.

This site is not what we booked and not what was advertised, we ended up leaving early Saturday as we could not take the lack of broken or shut facilities. 
I'd like a refund for my entire stay. 

The only plus I can give them hole experience was that my first time using the Pitchup website it was very easy to use, kudos to you.

Site is nice with good scenery

Site claims to be pet friendly but dogs are not allowed anywhere inside even though they are an additional charge on your booking
When asked how I order food/beverages in their food outlets I was advised to "catch one of our staff outside" however I sat outside a food outlet for an hour and did not see any staff so could not access any food or beverage duing my stay

We loved the whole park , the facilities was amazing the staff were all friendly and helpful we had the best camping trip, we didn't want to leave

Been some investment carried out recently with some activities for the family

Chaotic. Free for all. No camping wardens so reception just said you can use 'this area '. Speaking to a few others and we're pitched on not what they paid for. Too many tents pitched too close together. No pitches were properly numbered so nobody was allocated to their pitch that they paid for. We pitched in correct fully serviced pitch but had to have words with people in tent who were pinching the electricity that they didn't pay for etc. Just mot what you want. Pitches not well kept at all. Toilet facilities not that great didn't use showers as used our own in caravan. Won't be retuning I'm afraid.

Really busy and there is very low options for people who need gluten free tho, very bare tbf

Nice clean site with plenty of water points. Friendly staff.

Heard from other families that the entertainment for kids was really good but didn't go to any ourselves.

Disabled toilet and shower available if you have a radar key.

2 lakes and 1 river for fishing with plenty of spots to pick from and a tackle shop on site.

We struggled to find a spot to pitch pur tent as it is a free for all and there is nothing stopping someone that should be on a non electric pitch from using an electric pitch.

Disabled toilet needs some work, toilet roll is too far away from the toilet and there are no supports/handles on the left of the toilet, only the right.
