Lack of information given out to find the pitch by reception, also when I did find it it was occupied. It seems some visitors are told to find a pitch where I was given a pitch number which was also hard to see

Really liked the booking in process, quick and easy with nice staff. Well mapped out for the novice map reader. Not assigned a particular pitch, first come first served basis, which is nice. Lots of Room around pitches, with lots of choice with the style of pitch. Well priced. Really well priced. Well stocked shop not to far from anywhere in the grounds. A great wee train to hop on and off. Choice of eating venues. All in all, after my first visit as it was, we will return for more visits. I should also mention the great showers. Entertainment was first class, blues brothers & fire dancing lady were excellent, staff all seemed happy and helpful. Drinks also reasonable.

Drivers not sticking to the speed limit. Not the parks fault, just people.

Pod was a great alternative to taking a tent and electrics and heater if needed is a great option to have. Onsite facilities were better than expected.

People behind us told to be quiet by security over and over but no further action taken so they continued until 2am. Lighting fires and making a noise. Not fair on the families around with younger kids. Security need to firm up.
Disabled toilet really dirty and not cleaned for some time. Filter tray broken and dangerous to wheelchair users. Cleaner in the main toilet was seen cleaning the toilet handle, top of the toilet roll holder and sinks with same cloth that she just wiped the actual toilet with. Not great

Nicely kept grounds, good facilities and plenty of entertainment/activities for families with children. I was particularly impressed with the entertainment team who worked really hard everyday to keep the kids entertained and all the staff seem very friendly too.

Absolutely fantastic weekend. We used to go to Billing all the time until they stopped touring. Really happy that it’s now open to touring again. Facilities really updated well and entertainment was excellent. We took out grandchildren, 12, 9 and 6 and they loved every minute of the weekend.

Few noisy neighbours smoking cannabis, bit annoying

Lovely spot, superior camping pod was a good size, ideal for us and two dogs for one night.

We only stayed one night so did not check out the venue itself but it appeared to have everything you need, swimming pool, outdoor cinema, bar/restaurant on site all in walking distance from the pods.

Unfortunately although bed comfy, it was stained and dirty and had to flip it over.

Not enough dog bins around the camping field and pods area.

Billing Aquadrome have spent a lot of time improving the facilities test for this summer.

Would be better if pitches were marked on each touring section.
