Dal gestore: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and your comments. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the size and generally peaceful atmosphere of the pitches, their generally level layout, the cleanliness of our toilet facilities, and the easy access to water points.

Regarding pitches located under trees and the presence of stones, we would nevertheless like to provide some clarification. The trees are an integral part of the natural setting of our campsite and are particularly appreciated for the shade they provide, especially during the summer. Conversely, the absence of trees on a pitch could just as easily be criticised because of the lack of shade. It is therefore necessarily a compromise, especially as our campsite is located in a mid-mountain area and in a very natural environment.

You stayed with us at the very end of the season, at the end of August. The pitch you occupied had therefore already been used for almost two months by numerous campers. In addition, this was an exceptionally hot and dry year, with significant water shortages, which naturally made it much more difficult to maintain grass in perfect condition. Some pitches could therefore indeed have been less grassy than others. At the end of August, we still had other pitches available. If your pitch did not suit you, you could have contacted reception and, subject to availability, we could have offered you another solution, potentially a pitch with more grass, although it may have been more exposed to the sun.

Regarding toilet paper, we did indeed have to make the decision to remove it from our toilet facilities. Unfortunately, this decision was the result of repeated damage and significant waste, particularly caused by people using the paper to make paper balls which were then thrown onto the walls and ceilings. We regret this situation, but these behaviours result in considerable waste and additional costs that we unfortunately cannot ignore.

Regarding the distance between the pitches and the swimming pools or activities, our campsite is deliberately located in a natural mid-mountain environment. It therefore naturally includes some slopes. A campsite map showing the location of the pitches, swimming pools and various facilities is available at the entrance. We understand that distances may be perceived differently depending on individual expectations, but this natural environment and the space available are also part of the identity of our campsite.

The same applies to the distance from shops and places of interest. Our campsite is located in the countryside, surrounded by forests and meadows, rather than in the middle of an urban area. This is precisely what allows our guests to enjoy peace, nature and an unspoilt environment. We have a stream running through the campsite, as well as waterfalls nearby, some of which are approximately 2 km away on foot. The distance from shops is therefore a consequence of the environment we have chosen to offer our guests.

Regarding the noise in the evening, our bar is open until midnight and some evenings, including the quiz, karaoke and campsite entertainment evenings, are indeed lively and can generate more noise. We fully accept this as part of the entertainment programme offered at our campsite. We also have to find a balance between guests who want to enjoy evening entertainment and those who are looking for a quieter environment.

Finally, regarding your comment about the lack of information upon arrival, we are sorry if you did not find the information you were looking for. However, we do provide several information points: the campsite map is displayed at the entrance and can be consulted at any time, activity schedules are shown on the information board, and the opening hours of reception, the shop, bar, restaurant, snack bar and swimming pools are displayed directly at the relevant locations. A notice board near reception also provides the main information concerning how the campsite operates, in both French and English.

We naturally take your comments into consideration, while also pointing out that some of the characteristics you mention — the natural surroundings, the distance from shops, the slopes, the presence of trees and the evening entertainment — are also precisely what allows our campsite to offer the type of setting that many holidaymakers are looking for.

Nevertheless, we thank you for your feedback, as it always helps us identify areas where improvements can be made.

Concernant l’éloignement, notre camping est effectivement situé en pleine nature, ce qui fait aussi partie de son charme. Il est toutefois vrai que sans véhicule, les commerces et certains lieux d’intérêt sont moins facilement accessibles.

Pour les paddles, nous prenons bien en compte votre remarque. Ils avaient pourtant tous été remis en état en début de saison. Malheureusement, avec leur utilisation intensive tout au long de l’été et surtout le manque de respect de certains utilisateurs envers le matériel mis gratuitement à disposition, leur état s’est progressivement dégradé au fil de la saison. Nous allons bien entendu prévoir une nouvelle remise en état pour la prochaine saison.

Mi è piaciuto We had such a fantastic stay at this campsite! The location under the beautiful oak trees made everything feel peaceful and shaded, even on the hottest days. The pool area was amazing – with fun water slides that kept both the kids and adults entertained for hours. There was always something to do, thanks to the wide range of activities and evening entertainment. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. It’s the perfect place for families who want both adventure and relaxation in a natural setting. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌳💦✨

Mi è piaciuto L'emplacement grand et ombrageux en milieu d'aprèm. L'isolement du camping. L'absence d'éclairage en continue la nuit. L'accueil et l'amabilité des employés. Le nb d'activités proposées. Propreté des sanitaires. La présence sur place d'un bar et d'un "restau".
