Teifi Meadows

Mi è piaciuto Stayed here over a bank holiday weekend, Friday to Monday. When we arrived the owner greeted us told us which pitch was reserved for us and the drive up the field and then down to the pitch to avoid destroying the grass. Campsite was lovely, toilets as you would expect but nothing wrong with them, lovely hot water. While staying our first night there was a travelling community group also staying, during the evening (past 10pm) they continued to make excessive noise, loud talking, laughing, car door banging. We spoke to the owner who then went to their pitch every hour till 1am asking them to be quieter. They continued to not show any consideration for anyone else on the site. Drive around the campsite the wrong way on purpose to damage the grass and create a mess for the owner. They also tried to charge their electric bikes using the campsites electric hookup resulting in the owner turning off the electric to stop them (you are informed when you arrive not to abuse the electric and to be reasonable when using it). When the group finally left they left behind all their rubbish on the pitch, including a tent, clothes, mattress and other things for the owner to clean up. The owner did everything he could for us while staying and made the stay enjoyable in a situation which could not have been.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful, peaceful, friendly site. Pitches are spacious and the row of bushes separating each pitch gives some privacy.
Plenty of lovely hot showers, loos and washing up points.
Lots of space for children to run about and there's a thoughful little play place. There's lots of information available on things to do in the area.
Dark sky makes it a perfect spot to sit outside the tent with a campfire looking up at the stars.
Joss was always available when needed and happy to chat. Fire wood available and was really nice to see you could hire board games too.
Location great for getting out and about.

Mi è piaciuto We enjoyed our stay here. The campsite was lovely and private and we liked that they planted trees between the pitches. The kids loved the variety of different types of swings. And the grassy area was great for football and lots of room to put up our badminton net. It had lovely hot showers and washing up facilities.

Mi è piaciuto We booked this place last minuet on Friday 7th August 2026 for 2 nights. And we are glad we did. If your looking for an off grid holiday and going back to basics then this place is perfect. Its easy to get too from the road and self explanatory when you get there. Find your pitch and away you go.
The views are stunning and the night sky looks like your stood on the edge of the world!
The facilities are clean and tidy, with 4 bathrooms with a shower, sink and toilet. And 3 outside sinks to wash your pots and refil water.
There are bins round the back and you need to spilt your rubbish as the owner has to sort the rubbish (and gets charges for anything untoward) and it's only fair we all do our bit to help.
The camping pitches are big enough for most sized tents and enough room to park your car on your pitch too.
There are electric hookups and you can ask for a fire pit and a bag of logs for £10. We got about 6 hours of fire put of our bag and still had logs left. (Providing you don't go mad with it so you don't burn the place down, sensible, neighbour friendly fires are much appreciated)
There are some tire swings dotted about and a play house.
Like I said this place is for your 'back to basics' style. If your looking for a club house and DJ you won't find it here. What you will find is a fabulous owner, who's passionate about providing a safe, happy, friendly and welcoming little campsite, purely to provide a place to switch off and have a chat with new friends.

We did experience a loud group of people at night time, and the owner tried to mediate the situation which proved difficult as the group became hostile but the owner stayed calm and politely asked the group to move on in the morning as the site doesn't tolerate vandalism and excessive noise. I think we can all understand this isn't the camp or owners fault, but some unruly people who don't think about others. Luckily the group moved on the next day without hassle and the owner came round and made sure everyone was OK, and we all were, and understood he did all he could and we all said this wouldn't deter us from coming again.

All in all, a great site, with everything you could need to have a 'back to basics, tech switch off, stargazing, scenery overload, no nonsense, friendly, simple, beautiful, honest' get away!

Personally I would call the owner for bookings.

Mi è piaciuto Good site for a stopover. Facilities were basic but clean.

Non mi è piaciuto Narrow roads to get there. Not the sites issue, but we had the pitch next to us outside round a fire pit talking until around 1am. the rest of the site was silent.

Mi è piaciuto Quiet location, some level pitches available. Good water pressure on the shower. Nice little children's play area (which we had no use for).

Non mi è piaciuto Toilet block a little rough and run down. Dogs tolerated and no good walking area - walk along road to short section of riverside with sheep in it.

Mi è piaciuto Owner is nice and welcoming.
Pitches are nicely laid out.
Location is very peaceful.
10-12 mins drive to nearest co-op.
Kids enjoyed it.

Mi è piaciuto We had a lovely stay at this campsite. The pitches were a good size and nicely separated from each other by small trees and bushes, which gave us a nice sense of privacy. There is also a small play area for children, which was a great addition for families. The showers and toilet facilities were conveniently located close to the pitches and were easy to access. Overall, a pleasant and family-friendly campsite.

Non mi è piaciuto The toilets and showers could be cleaned more regularly. They would benefit from more frequent cleaning and better maintenance to keep the facilities fresh and pleasant for campers.
