Mi è piaciuto Site very well laid out. Toilets and shower block very clean. Nice walks from the site into Aviemore. Lots of activities to keep you busy. Nice small outside eating area with a few choices of food to buy. Would definitely book up again

Mi è piaciuto Pitch. Clean toilets and showers. Quiet location. Staff, darcy and phoebe especially, were great. On site food brilliant.
Non mi è piaciuto Can't think of a thing, at all - except utterly rubbish WiFi and mobile reception. Have to say, these days, no free WiFi isn't really on..peolle still have to work on holidays. I had to go into town.

Due to our woodland location, WiFi and mobile phone signal can be a challenge depending on the provider. However, we do have WiFi available in the reception area, and we are actively working with providers to install further coverage across the site. It’s a shame no one mentioned the reception WiFi during your stay — we’ll make sure the team remind guests of this option in future.

Mi è piaciuto Nice setting. Good food vans. Pizza van was very good. Shower facilities were clean and tidy.
Non mi è piaciuto Very big site and very busy. Our pitch was right in front of the toilet block. Couldn't find the electric hook up point and had to ask a member of staff where it was. (It was amongst the bushes in a garden area, not very easy to see)

We’re sorry to read that you don’t plan to return, as this isn’t the kind of feedback we usually receive. The site can feel busy during the summer holidays, particularly in the main part of the park. However, if you’d been sited in our woodland pitch area, we’re confident you would have had a much better experience—it’s a more peaceful and secluded part of the site, ideal for a quieter stay.

Mi è piaciuto pitch in trees,a good space between pitches .we had to walk a good distance to the waste water disposal and toilet chemical waste disposal but were close to toilet block. walks from site were good and cooked food was available on site

We appreciate your comments about the location of the waste water and chemical disposal points. As the site has extended over the years, we are currently looking at how we can add more facilities to the newer areas to improve convenience for our guests.
Regarding Wi-Fi, our woodland setting does make reliable coverage a challenge, which is why we don’t actively promote it. Many of our guests value the chance to switch off and enjoy the natural surroundings, but we understand this may not suit everyone.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful surroundings, toilets clean, minimal disturbance, well stocked shop, good park, Nigel at the quads helped my little boy experience the quads and had a great time, food vans with great options.

Mi è piaciuto Camper van EHU.. Only stayed for 1 night on the way round NC500.. Pitch was fine. Didn't use facilities. The grounds were lovely. We enjoyed walking the dog whilst we were there. Remote site.

Good base spot for Cairngorms

Mi è piaciuto Good location to do a Speyside walk. Clean toilets and facilities. Clearly a good amount to do on site and in and around the area. Lovely bit of land for the dogs to roam on a lead. Handy amount of drinking water taps and dog waste bins, better than other campsites we've stayed at. Nice heated yurt next to the food vans (and amazing burgers/pulled pork and chips :-))
Non mi è piaciuto Wifi only in reception. Poor phone signal through the site.
