Le strutture sono apprezzate per la loro bellezza, tranquillità e pulizia, con particolare attenzione ai dettagli e ai servizi. Jacuzzi, bracieri e viste mozzafiato sono punti salienti. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. L'unico appunto riguarda le dimensioni ridotte di BBQ e braciere. Ideale per coppie, offre privacy e vicinanza a Bath.

We had such a lovely weekend at Ruby’s Retreat and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The shepherd’s hut was absolutely gorgeous — spotlessly clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay.
The views were incredible, making it such a peaceful and relaxing place to escape to. We also really enjoyed the hot tub — the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
A special mention to the owner, who was so helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, which made the whole experience even better.
We left feeling completely relaxed and already wishing we could have stayed longer! We would 100% recommend Ruby’s Retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful, cosy and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️🌿✨

Mi è piaciuto Rubys retreat is in a superb location & facilities, Robin was perfect for our getaway. Really clean and the kind of bedding, towels and robes you expect in an expensive hotel. Thanks again, excellent comms, defo coming back.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful scenery, walks and natural environment. Glad of the fire.
Non mi è piaciuto The bbq was tiny as was the fire pit. Not what it looked like on the picture.

Dal gestore: Hi Lindsey as to how clean it was , you left crushed charcoal all over the floor of the hut .
You left plates and pans for me to wash for you.the hut was spotless before you arrived.
As for customer service, met you on arrival and welcomed you and your dog,advised you on local walks.
The black tray you took with you was for people to leave their wet shoes.
A bin was provided for the dog mess ,shame you didn’t use it.
And after all that you 1 out of a hundred that stayed in the hut left us a bad review.I honestly don’t know what more we could have done to make your stay more comfortable

Mi è piaciuto Pristine condition, everything was spotless and clean. We had our own fenced off area for the dog. Fire wood and fire lighters etc included in the price. The hot tub was a jacuzzi tub not a wood burner. There was a heater and a fan available depending on the temperature. We had our own private bathroom and shower inside the hut and the shower was incredible! There were stunning views over the countryside.
Non mi è piaciuto The only thing I would say is the fence is a bit low so might be an issue if you had a larger dog but not a problem for us!

Mi è piaciuto Wanted a glamping stay for my partners birthday and this was perfect! A lovely 2night break the accommodation has everything you need and was spotless, huts are very well situated and feel very private. Perfect way to spend a weekend.
