Hook Farm Campsite

Mi è piaciuto: Great place, with spacious pitches and a decent amount of privacy. The toilets were immaculate and the 20p for a shower was well worth it, 4 minutes of nice hot water with good pressure (each 20p is 4 mins) The WiFi was really good.
There are beautiful walks directly from the campsite and a lovely riverside walk into Lyme Regis.

Mi è piaciuto: Very clean site. Staff were very nice and welcoming when we arrived and happy to chat recommended a nice walk.
Showers and facilities were very clean and well kept
Pitch size was good.
Would definitely recommend

Mi è piaciuto: The campsite is lovely, the facilities are excellent- showers were hot and powerful. The campsite owners are really helpful and friendly. Beautiful walk from the campsite into Lyme Regis.

Very nice quality bacon and bread from the shop at very reasonable prices.
Very cheerful and welcoming warden team. Countryside walk into Lyme Regis.

Well-stocked shop.
Immaculate shower and toilet facilities.
Large pitches offering privacy and stunning views.
Quiet after 9pm.
Pop us catering facilities over busy times.

Mi è piaciuto: the lay out, generously spaced pitches and little hedges and trees for wildlife.. Very clean facilities, shop and travel info
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have wished for a more tucked away quiet spot with beautiful views over the rolling countryside and only a short walk away from the bustle of Lyme Regis

Non mi è piaciuto: Nothing really, there was so much attention to detail and care from the staff. In all a very positive camping experience!

Mi è piaciuto: Easy to book, via PitchUp. Lovely welcome, lovely staff and great first impression on site. Shop available during office hours.
Maps provided free for the area and a walking route suggested to Lyme Regis. The owner lead us to our pitch and asked if that was going to be ok for us. Lovely view from 206. Immaculate shower/toilet blocks. Camping wash up facility with hot water for dishes. There is also a freezer available for your iceblocks which is a nice touch. WiFi throughout the park.
I was the first to use there newly installed EV charger. Charger rated to 7KWph however I did report that the charger was only supplying 5KWph. 60p per KW isn’t the cheapest you will find but definitely nothing going to be more convenient than charging onsite. This was a real positive and is an asset to them as more and more people go EV it will keep this site accessible.
The staff also pop around on the day of departure to check everything was ok.

Non mi è piaciuto: 20p for 4 mins shower. The first 30seconds ran are too cold and the water is warm but never really got hot. I’m not sure if this is to help with the cost or to limit the time used but it just seems unnecessary as the site was well priced.
This would absolutely not stop me from returning and I look forward to doing so.

Mi è piaciuto: The pitch was convenient and easy to access, making setting up easy. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. At this time of year, the site felt especially peaceful and serene — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the location is great for accessing the coast and Lyme Regis especially via the riverside walk.

Mi è piaciuto: Lovely camper van pitches, views and facilities, 40min walk along the river into Lyme Regis. What’s not to like?

Fairly hilly though so be warned!
