Campeggio meravigliosamente tranquillo e appartato, apprezzato per la sua bellezza naturale e l'atmosfera rilassante. Ideale per chi cerca una fuga dalla tecnologia. Rachel, la proprietaria, è molto accogliente e disponibile. Le piazzole sono spaziose e private. Servizi essenziali ma funzionali, disponibili bracieri. Poca ricezione telefonica, vista da molti come un pregio per disconnettersi. Consigliatissimo per il fascino naturale e l'ospitalità della proprietaria.

Mi è piaciuto We absolutely loved our night camping in the meadow with our 4 year old son. He was completely captivated by the nature around us. We got a couple of close up sightings of a buzzard. This was our first time having a go at camping as a family and we received a lovely welcome from Rachel on arrival. It was so peaceful and quiet, and we left feeling recharged and relaxed. We will hopefully visit again in the future.

What an amazing space!

Mi è piaciuto Loved being tucked away in our own little part of the woods
The fire pit was awesome, managed to cook our dinner over it
The pod was so comfy, slept really well and it had all the facilities we needed

The owner is a lovely lady, so helpful and goes above and beyond to help you.
Toilets, showers and washing areas available,
Some would say its a problem but having wifi or signal was so peaceful. Signal can be found after a short walk off site.

Meeting Rachel, the green and quiet woods and meadow, the sweet dogs, hiking in the beautiful environment of Dartmoor, the spacious tent spot, did I already say meeting Rachel? A very welcome feeling, sleeping very well, the last sun beams of the day on the meadow, the fire every night, did I already say meeting Rachel?

Mi è piaciuto Lack of fuss, friendly owner able to take time to chat and to help with directions. Quiet site well off the beaten track. Took some finding along tiny country roads, but worth it for a serene site. Only there for a night this time but hope to be back when time allows.

Friendly owner and fresh eggs for sale.
There are various spots in the woodland reached by bark-covered paths, down which you take your equipment in wheelbarrows. Campfires are welcome when renting and purchasing firepit and logs. The toilet is an earth-type with a shower in the next cubicle running from a small caravan style boiler.
