Questo sito tranquillo a gestione familiare offre accoglienti cabine e rifugi ben attrezzati in una posizione incantevole. Ospiti lodano pulizia, gestori cordiali e comfort come biscotti gratuiti e cani in loco. Ideale per un soggiorno rilassante, nonostante qualche problema WiFi e poca info locale.

Amazing place to stay!

Mi è piaciuto We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin which was stunning & the kitchenette was very handy to have! Lovely view from the cabin itself and so much gorgeous wildlife on our doorstep, saw many different birds & even deer! Fabulous customer service, Ruth was fantastic & made us feel very welcome. So many amazing places within a short drive especially if you love natural spaces, bit out of the way which was exactly what we wanted! My partner & I couldn't have asked for better :)

Mi è piaciuto I’ve been coming to the hut for nearly 3 years now and keep on coming back.
It’s just abit out the way from the world so you can have a really peaceful time but still be close enough to all the other attractions that bring you to the lakes.
The owners are helpful and considarate always available if you have any trouble.
I would recommend staying here a million times over! It’s basically a cheaper version of therapy aha :)

Very nice host and the hosts mam very warm and welcoming
Love the deers, dog and cats
Accommodation was perfect and very clean separate toilet and shower fantastic.
WiFi was on and off but what a great thing WiFi free for 2days lush

Peaceful and lovely stay

Mi è piaciuto Compact and very well equipped cabin. Everything from a tin opener to double gas camping hob to cook on. Mattresses were comfy and space under the beds to store luggage. Kids had a great time hunting for pine cones and investigating the pond and spotting ducks!
We visited Hadrian’s Wall and went for some food at the Duke of Cumberland - recommend it all.
Non mi è piaciuto I liked everything - it was a v tranquil and nice stay.
If I were to be picky then the blind at the back of the cabin needs reversed so it blocks the light and a small fridge for storing milk in for the kids breakfast would be handy. Although we stayed on the hottest weekend of the year so I imagine under normal UK weather to have milk in a cool box would be fine!
