Baita accogliente e ben attrezzata con vista e tranquillità impareggiabili. Ospiti cordiali (Maggie menzionata spesso), colazioni abbondanti e deliziose. Ideale per escursionisti e fughe rurali. Wi-Fi a volte incostante e doccia tiepida segnalati, ma gestori pronti a risolvere. Sala da tè con dolci fatti in casa molto apprezzata.

Mi è piaciuto Maggie was really helpful and friendly. Everything was as described. Large shower/toilet and hot water. The hut is really cosy with its own outdoor sheltered seating area and bbq to chill out, absorb the countryside and the farming activities. A convenient stop on the coast to coast walk.

Mi è piaciuto What a fabulous place to stay (my favourite of all accommodations during our C2C trek across northern England). The hut was very comfortable (including bed, which was large enough for 2), with many windows that opened for airflow and all the windows had coverings so that we could sleep. It was next to a lamb enclosure, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. We could watch the horse across the way, listen and watch the large variety of birds, and had a full bathroom next door. The basket breakfast was substantial and wonderful. The hut was in an enclosed space for max privacy and the views were just beautiful. We were also able to purchase a couple of baked delights from the Tea Garden across the lane just prior to closing, that we enjoyed with coffee to close out a long day of walking. Paradise!

Mi è piaciuto Super simple check in and superb spot with everything I needed. The views across the valley made it an incredible stay; all I could hear were sheep and sounds of farming!
Fab breakfast in the morning.

Mi è piaciuto Me and my two children absolutely loved our stay at the sherpards hut. It was so cosy and nice. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely. We will definitely be staying again.
