Kessingland Beach Holiday Park

Mi è piaciuto - was a nice location next to the beach.
- campsite pitches were generous in size.
- park was very accommodating to our request of 2 cars.
- has a small corner shop with everything you need.
- seeing lots of rabbits around the park early in the morning, wildlife rich park

Non mi è piaciuto - toilet block was a bit far from the tent pitches.
- toilets and showers very outdated (not the cleanest)
- drinks within the clubhouse are priced steep compared to other local places

Mi è piaciuto Everyone around the camping was really friendly. Pitch was easy to find. The entertainment for children was really good and staff so friendly. Toilet and showers were clean.

Non mi è piaciuto Even though the toilet and shower were clean they had a bad smell to them.

Mi è piaciuto The pitch was a good size and reasonably flat. (Electric large pitch)
The resort itself was ok but quite dated.

Non mi è piaciuto The toilet and shower block! Disgusting! Dirty and constantly smelt. I saw the cleaner a number of times and all he did was sweep/mop the floor and change the toilet paper. I never saw him with any cleaning materials/chemicals! This is in both the male and females!

Also the block is far away from the campers! Not so bad if you are an electric pitch but the non electric are miles away from the toilet block. I saw people driving to the block cause it was too far to walk.

Mi è piaciuto The campsite was clean and the staff welcoming, the beach was within walking distance so great for the dog

Non mi è piaciuto The site isn’t very dog friendly, yes you can have your dogs with you but there is no where for you to eat or socialise with others inside buildings, you can eat outside with your dog but if the weather turns bad there is nowhere for you to go. It’s a shame as I choose this site as I had teenage kids with me so everything available would of been great but the dog was not welcome inside anywhere,
I also had to ask for the water bowls to be cleaned and have clean water for him, so I felt that dogs are an afterthought

The Toilet block was outdated and smelly, and not always the cleanest.

We couldn’t always get the free WiFi at our tent, 6am for a few hours and then late at night if we were lucky

Mi è piaciuto The site was in a beach location and close to a great town so we liked the location. The pools and the entertainment complex were fab and the staff were all lovely. The lack of Wifi and telephone connection was poor.

Non mi è piaciuto The shower block was too far away from the touring pitches. It was in a ridiculous place and so rank it was obviously a very old building with drainage problems. The toilets in the main complex and swimming pools were equally gross. There were no electric points in the amenities to charge phones etc which was a problem for the non electric pitches.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely staff, maintenance men who drove around the camping section was very friendly and couldn’t do more to help. Lady in the shop very friendly. A lot to do on site was a good site.

Pitches a good size and located nicely in the site, I also asked to be close enough to the toliet block as we have young kids and I was placed at a nice distance so very much appreciated that.

Non mi è piaciuto Toliet was not always the cleanest and smelt sometimes.

Showers flooded - could do with an upgrade however not as bad as some people made out

No signal at all and couldn’t get the wifi on the camping area

Non mi è piaciuto Overall the site is extremely dirty and run down. The toilets and shower block are disgraceful and the place is in a state of disrepair.
