The bar looked closed most nights we passed so not sure if it had closed for the season, possibly due to the children in that area returning to school, whereas ours had another week off

Mi è piaciuto Our second time here.
Extremely clean site, litter pickers work every day to collect any litter, the shower and toilets are so clean and tidy and smell clean.
The pitches are big and spacious even with your awning.
The bar run by Louise and Tony is very nice, small personal atmosphere and great food and entertainment. Drinks are priced well too.

Non mi è piaciuto No little shop onsite to buy essentials like bread milk, butter and bits if your car less and in a camper or motorhome.
We found the local co-op which was a 20 min walk but nice walk across the fields
Be aware if not a walker there are a lot of steps to walk down to the beach and beach is quite far out to get to the sea.

Mi è piaciuto Great 3 night stay with friends, Facilities have improved from last year, the new staff are really friendly and accomodating. Drinks reasonably priced as was the food. Good atmosphere in the clubhouse while we where there, dog friendly venue too...We will be back...

Mi è piaciuto Swimming pool and flume. Play areas for children. Plenty to do for children.

Mi è piaciuto All the staff, really helpful and polite. The clubhouse owners very welcoming and very helpful. Site very well maintained.

Non mi è piaciuto The pool water very cold, when it’s offered heated pool and I think a site of that side needs a shop on-site. And very expensive wi-fi for very poor service.

Mi è piaciuto Level allocated pitch, plenty of things for the youngsters to do fishing swimming tennis and on the beach.

Mi è piaciuto The pitches were big and lovely surroundings.

The play parks were clean tidy and well kept.

The park was clean and spotless. As well at the washing up area, showers and toilets.

Non mi è piaciuto The swimming pool we were not made aware of but the heating had broken couple of days before and takes a week to heat back up. We had picked this camp site for the heated pools for our little girl.

We had a notice in the welcome pack about noise only between the hours of 8am and half 10pm. Fine by us reasonable ask however at 8 o clock on the dot every morning appart from Sunday a digger started up and doing work on the park.
I do understand work needs to be done but surely not on the dot at 8am and also a warning would of been helpful.

Mi è piaciuto clean facilities, close to a beach and fishing lake was good for little ones to learn. Good size pitches as well

Non mi è piaciuto Management don't care about customers. - They're doing a good job getting the site sorted after taking over, but it means we had groundworks going on literally outside our trailer tent from 08:00 each day we were there. There is no drainage around the site so we were flooded on the first night from a thunder storm. Each day we felt like we were forced to get away from our pitch due to conditions and the works going on. - All these works should be done in closed season.
