Questo tranquillo campeggio sul fiume è vicino a Worcester e ai servizi. Il personale è cordiale, i bagni sono puliti. Le piazzole sono spaziose e pianeggianti, l'atmosfera è tranquilla. Nota: la camminata alle strutture è lunga e c'è un po' di rumore stradale. Il posto ha grande potenziale.

We’re genuinely sorry that you felt there was an issue with the pitch size. All of our pitches are over 10 metres wide, but if anything didn’t seem quite right, we’d have happily sorted it for you straight away. A quick chat as we walked past, or a call using the details provided at check in, would have meant we could fix things there and then.
After checking your booking, we can confirm you were pitched next to a motorhome rather than a caravan.
We really do want every guest to have the best possible experience, and we appreciate your feedback.

Mi è piaciuto Another welcomed stay at this peaceful site with all the facilities that suits my needs .
Nice to notice extra features each time I arrive with a closer grey waste drain and more paving towards the shower block. Was impressed by the staff remembering that I've stayed before and the pitches I prefer. Glad to see seasonal pitches being encouraged to be used by fellow caravanners too.

Non mi è piaciuto The showers were to small and when you shower a lot water ends up on floor instead of in tray then you have to mope floor.

Non mi è piaciuto Facilities a long walk around empty static pitches, dogs barking in "seasonal" Van behind us. Riverside walk to long to be enjoyable and for most of it no Riverside.
Showers very hot to cold as button pressed and poor design leaving you dressing in a puddle.

Dal gestore: Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the views, the warm welcome and the size of your pitch. We were however a little disappointed to receive only a 6, especially as several parts of your stay were positive.
The walk to the shower block is only a few minutes no matter where you are pitched on site.
Regarding the riverside walk, the route follows the public footpath and the river as they naturally are — it isn’t something we’re able to change.
We’re also sorry you were disturbed by barking from a nearby seasonal unit. If we’d been told during your stay, we could have dealt with it straight away, so please do let us know at the time if anything like this happens again.
Your comments about the showers are noted. We will be looking into the temperature fluctuation you described to make sure they’re safe and working as they should.

We were a little surprised to see only a 6, especially with the positives you mentioned. We see you scored us a 1 for Wi Fi when we don't actually advertise that we have it so find this a little unfair.
The dual carriageway noise is unfortunately something we can’t control, though it does vary a lot depending on wind direction.
The 7‑second push button in the men’s shower is part of the water‑saving system, but we know it can feel a bit quick. Your comments about the shower tray and water escaping are completely fair, and we’ll take a look at what can be improved.
