Mi è piaciuto Nice quiet spacious campsite out in the countryside. Fabulous showers and toilet block, probably the best we've come across. Very clean, tidy and up to date - very impressed. Free wifi too and good other facilities. Would definitely revisit.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful sunset, really good pre arrival info. Info on site was great. Staff were friendly. My god the toilets & showers were immaculate. Felt like I couldn’t go in they were so clean.

Non mi è piaciuto Pitch marking weren’t clear. Could do with a map of where is where.

Toilet block is one of the best that I have seen on a campsite.

Mi è piaciuto Nice surroundings, well kept site, good facilities. Lots of nice walks around the grounds. Nice small play area for children. Washing up facilities were good and the on site shop had range of things available. Although we weren’t able to take advantage of it the site offered a very reasonably priced cream tea

Non mi è piaciuto Pitches were quite close together. The shower didn’t really get hot water despite following the instructions. There was a family shower room which is handy but the seal has gone on the glass partition so the whole room ends up very wet which is unsafe with small children so we only used this once. The site didn’t inform us that the majority of space had been booked by a summer camp so there was a lot of noise and music from 8am until 10pm every day, this would have been nice to be forewarned of. There also doesn’t seem to be any noise curfew advised for the site so it was significantly noisy until very late - just something to be mindful of if you prefer a quieter site.

It was the first time we had a summer camp at the same time as Pitch Up bookings, and we agree it didn't work, so we won't allow this to happen again. Thanks for the heads up on the family room shower seal; we can get that sorted. Wishing you all the best.
