We only stayed 2 nights to try out our new camper van Unfortunately it was during storm Claudia so we were unable to make the most of what this lovely site has to offer in terms of exploring the nature walks

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful site, so well maintained, and within 5 mins walk to the lovely village of Eardisland.
Our pitch was well kept and a generous size.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.
We only stayed for one night as we had to move on, but would love to return.

Mi è piaciuto Very friendly reception. Facilities spot on. Delightful well laid out site with big level pitch. Very quiet, though it was hardly a busy time to visit.
My dog loved what was on offer, including a small enclosed ball games area with balls available! (We’d been given a ball at reception, ++ from dog’s viewpoint) and a larger off lead area too.
I enjoyed just walking round the site, with the lovely setting of the lodges near the river.
Sadly it was merely an overnight on way into Wales, but more than worth a return in its own merit. When in less of a hurry there was lots in the attractive village to explore.
Non mi è piaciuto Nothing that the site was responsible for but I was disappointed to find that my initial research had shown the possibility of a meal in the local pub which proved to be closed on that evening, as was the café I had hoped to visit the following morning.
