Kedvelték This is a simple, basic site and the cost reflects this. It was just what I needed for a one-night getaway - quiet and simple. Compost toilets are clean. Libby is friendly and gave me advice on a nice dog walk, which was easily manageable.

Kedvelték I wanted a no-frills, quiet, peaceful getaway for one night and this campsite was exactly what I needed. It's just two fields and a toilet block - which was spotless. Lovely walk out the back of the site, which was a massive bonus, too. The only sound was birdsong - pure bliss.

Kedvelték Nice reception when I arrived. Made sure I was on a level pitch. Nice simple site. Showers and toilets clean. Next to the River Thames, so nice and easy walk with my dog. There's a play area for children and a games room. Site is locked 8pm-8am. There's a pedestrian gate that's open 24 hrs.

Kedvelték Nice location next to the Shropshire Union Canal. Shower block clean and water nice and hot.The cafe down the road did a lovely breakfast. The pitches are a decent size and well-maintained.

Nem kedvelték Not really a dislike, just some advice. The grass pitches are quite a distance to the shower/toilet block, so I would advise to take a portable toilet with you. Also you need to take 50p pieces for the 3-minute shower. Also take a 25m electric cable as my 10m wasn't long enough from my pitch.

Kedvelték Nice small, quiet campsite. You arrive to a board with your name next to a pitch number. Very easy to find your pitch. Shower and toilet block clean and tidy. I do like a decent sized shower cubicle, which this is. Couldn't fault this site at all.

Kedvelték The welcome was friendly and informative. The camping pod was very comfortable. The showers were enclosed with a toilet and sink, which I thought was a great idea.
