Camping Valle Niza Playa

Camping Valle Niza Playa is in the town of Benajarafe, a few steps from the beach and four kilometres from Torre del Mar. Buses to/from Málaga and Granada run 200 metres from the site. The seaside resort of Torre del Mar, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Nevada mountains, is a tad more traditional Spain than many of the busier and bigger resorts on the Costa del Sol so is a good option for a slightly quieter seaside day. Axarquía comarca capital and market city Vélez is six kilometres away and again has a less touristy vibe than a lot of this part of the Costa del Sol. Its main sights are the thirteenth century Moorish castle, the Arrabal de San Sebastián old quarters with 16th- and 17th-century mansions, and the 15th-century church of Santa María la Mayor. Also around the area, go-karting is available three kilometres away, a waterpark within six, and the golf course in Añoreta within seven. The clubs, 15 beaches and 28 museums of Málaga are within 24 kilometres and the hiking and skiing of the Sierra Nevada are about 130 kilometres away.
