Kedvelték We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this caravan. When we arrived, everything was absolutely spotless and ready for us. We were told beforehand that we only needed to bring our own linen and towels, and everything else we needed was already there, including all the kitchen equipment and cutlery.

The caravan is in great condition and really comfortable. There were seven of us staying and we all had a great time. Everything worked perfectly and we didn't have any problems at all during our stay.

Communication with the owner was great too — just the right amount. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly, and we knew we could get in touch if we needed anything.

The site itself felt very safe, clean and well looked after. It wasn't overcrowded while we were there, which made the stay even more relaxing. It was also easy to find and everything was very straightforward.

Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. We'd happily come back and will definitely be looking to book again for next season. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Kezelői megjegyzés: Many for the review glad you were happy

The wifi is only a 4G mobile network that's my is supplied as complimentary and not as reliable as home broadband

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback.

Regarding the WiFi, we would just like to clarify that the caravan uses a 4G mobile internet connection, rather than fixed home broadband. As with any mobile network, the speed and reliability can vary depending on signal strength, network coverage and the number of people using the network at the time.

Because of this, it may not always be as fast or as reliable as a fixed broadband connection at home. However, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to monitor the service provided.

We hope you still enjoyed the rest of your stay and thank you again for your feedback.

Here the main review

Of course — please send or upload the main review (a screenshot or copy and paste the text here), and I’ll write a full, polite and professional response that addresses the WiFi issue appropriately.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for recommending the caravan. We are delighted that you found it spacious and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the enclosed outdoor area for both the children and dogs. It's also great to hear that you enjoyed the holiday park and found it a good base for exploring West Wales.

Regarding the WiFi, we appreciate your understanding. The internet in the caravan is provided via a 4G mobile network rather than fixed home broadband, so the speed and reliability can naturally vary depending on mobile signal, coverage and network usage at the time. Unfortunately, this means it may not always be as fast or reliable as broadband at home.

We're pleased that this didn't affect your holiday too much and that you were able to enjoy your time exploring the area.

Thank you again for staying with us, and we would love to welcome you and your family — including the dogs — back again in the future!

Kedvelték Caravan was comfortable and had most of the kitchen utensils we needed.
Kids loved the swimming pool and made the most of the arcades (although you need cash which worked out well as parents when we ran out)!.
Tescos is a short walk (around 15 mins) down the hill although good climb back up.
Good location for seeing the surrounding area, three bridges, red kite feeding which is pretty impressive all roughly 20 min drive from the holiday village.
5 min drive to the beach.
Laundry room with fast machines. It was £4 cash for their use at the point of writing this.
A friendly neighbour let me use their drying line!
Wi-Fi seemed to work okay.
Shower is amazing.
We did need the heating on first thing in the morning and the boiler kicked in quickly and the caravan warmed up quickly.

Nem kedvelték Would be useful to have a drying line / rack for clothes. I didn't think about it when I did the laundry after arriving after a few days camping. Borrowed another families.
That was the only suggestion I had.
Can be a little noisy with the music from the " club" in the evening but we were so tired from camping it didn't stop us from sleeping or getting to sleep.
Generally quite a quiet campsite at the time we stayed (August 2026) if quite dated.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you for you review, the machines and arcards are not operated by us as we dont own the holiday park, August is main season so the holiday is in full swing, so the site will be busy they holiday doesnt take camping texts etc. the suggest will be noted.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that a few things during your stay weren’t quite as expected.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, it may be that the holiday park’s Wi-Fi was used during your stay. Unfortunately, the park’s Wi-Fi has not been working reliably for some time. Our own Wi-Fi system covers five of our caravans, and thankfully we haven’t received any reports of problems from our other guests using it.

With regards to parking, all of our caravans do have parking available. However, depending on the location of the caravan, the parking can sometimes be either directly in front of or behind the caravan, as each pitch is slightly different.

We’re always happy to help our guests if they experience any issues during their stay, so please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll always do our best to help.

Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Hi think this review isn't meant for us as we don't have a kim or nikki that works for us and we don't own or operate that park we only own and operate 5 static caravans on the holiday park

Kedvelték Very comfortable and clean caravan with everything you need. We regularly book with Amy and matt..you can't go wrong with their caravans. Set in a very quiet spot in the park. Thank you Amy & Matt!
