The wifi is only a 4G mobile network that's my is supplied as complimentary and not as reliable as home broadband

A aimé Lovely caravan, very spacious. Comfy beds. I liked the outdoor area, enclosed so great for letting kids and dogs.The site was great for us. Loads for kids to do. Nice base for sightseeing and exploring West wales. Would definitely stay again.

N'a pas aimé Only negative thing was the WiFi wasnt great. Nothing major as we were out most of the time.

Regarding the WiFi, we would just like to clarify that the caravan uses a 4G mobile internet connection, rather than fixed home broadband. As with any mobile network, the speed and reliability can vary depending on signal strength, network coverage and the number of people using the network at the time.

Because of this, it may not always be as fast or as reliable as a fixed broadband connection at home. However, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to monitor the service provided.

A aimé Caravan was comfortable and had most of the kitchen utensils we needed.
Kids loved the swimming pool and made the most of the arcades (although you need cash which worked out well as parents when we ran out)!.
Tescos is a short walk (around 15 mins) down the hill although good climb back up.
Good location for seeing the surrounding area, three bridges, red kite feeding which is pretty impressive all roughly 20 min drive from the holiday village.
5 min drive to the beach.
Laundry room with fast machines. It was £4 cash for their use at the point of writing this.
A friendly neighbour let me use their drying line!
Wi-Fi seemed to work okay.
Shower is amazing.
We did need the heating on first thing in the morning and the boiler kicked in quickly and the caravan warmed up quickly.

N'a pas aimé Would be useful to have a drying line / rack for clothes. I didn't think about it when I did the laundry after arriving after a few days camping. Borrowed another families.
That was the only suggestion I had.
Can be a little noisy with the music from the " club" in the evening but we were so tired from camping it didn't stop us from sleeping or getting to sleep.
Generally quite a quiet campsite at the time we stayed (August 2026) if quite dated.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for you review, the machines and arcards are not operated by us as we dont own the holiday park, August is main season so the holiday is in full swing, so the site will be busy they holiday doesnt take camping texts etc. the suggest will be noted.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, it may be that the holiday park’s Wi-Fi was used during your stay. Unfortunately, the park’s Wi-Fi has not been working reliably for some time. Our own Wi-Fi system covers five of our caravans, and thankfully we haven’t received any reports of problems from our other guests using it.

With regards to parking, all of our caravans do have parking available. However, depending on the location of the caravan, the parking can sometimes be either directly in front of or behind the caravan, as each pitch is slightly different.

We’re always happy to help our guests if they experience any issues during their stay, so please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll always do our best to help.

A aimé Everything !! the owners were lovely the caravan was spotless . Was there for my son's university tour , great location nice stroll into town not to taxing on the old legs thanks Amy

N'a pas aimé The site wasn't the best club house and pool could do with a update . Food onsite was expensive.

A aimé Very comfortable and clean caravan with everything you need. We regularly book with Amy and matt..you can't go wrong with their caravans. Set in a very quiet spot in the park. Thank you Amy & Matt!

A aimé Static Caravan was big and cosy. Had everything we needed.
A 10 min walk to the sea and town.
Highly Recommend the Mrs didn’t want to go home.

A aimé Nice caravan helpful owner few bits In the caravan need attention but had everything ya needed in there facilities wise shower was amazing we took our own bedding but you can have it provided for a little extra. Was clean and tidy and we got in earlier as the cleaner finished early which was a bonus. There is a swimming pool on site and a shop and clubhouse my son used the pool and said it was OK. Staff in reception were helpful as I hadnt received my email regarding what the pitch number was and Amy was more than helpful when I called her for all the details as she has a few statics on site. There was toilet paper and cloths provided and bin bags but I always take my own anyway. Would use again but think would just have the two bed next time bit more space. This site is close enough to Aberystwyth to have a steady walk to and there are plenty of supermarkets and shops close by to choose from for food and other essentials.

N'a pas aimé Only things I could say was view wasn't the best as right in front of all the bins and the door entrance was a bit tricky as it opens towards you stairs could do with being the opposite way
