A aimé Spectacular sea views . Only went for 4 days ended up staying longer . facilities were immaculate . Kirsty on reception was so accommodating and very pleasant . Would return .

A aimé We did a stop over while travelling south Met Nikki who was so friendly and accommodating. The facilities we sparkling a credit to Nikki e, we did a return stay again excellent stay . Loved the idea of security gates code in and out. Would call again. Oh the pub food was fist class . Thanks Nikie

A aimé Fabulous site. We stayed twice on our journey The staff were so helpful. Tony was very responsive to our email. Close to the Tunnel, and welcome break before heading on our journey.

A aimé What a fabulous experience. Location excellent, the lake and mountain close by were stunning. Marielle the receptionist what is there to say, she was very professional, attentive to all the customers. She was a delight to deal with. Thank you for an excellent breakfast.

A aimé The site was excellent, the facility staff are a credit, they kept the facilities immaculate at all times.

N'a pas aimé This site is between a very busy road and not ideal for cycling. on arrival the reception staff were very polite and helpful, I feel they should advise you to settle your account on arrival when producing your I.D. In my experience I went to extend my stay after 2 nights, where I was accused for not paying up, which lead to me not extending my stay.(The receptionist was very derogatory towards me, practically accusing me of trying to get off with paying). No customer service skills She tried to argue the situation instead of defusing it

N'a pas aimé Described as fully serviced site. Joke!!!! This is not accurate. The pitch size for a 6mtr camper was very limited for the size, and packed up very close to each other, between the Pine trees. Chemical Disposal you had to use a communal toilet with a sticker on one door, it was difficult to find. Grey water or camper service, you need to collect a key with your ID to access a locked gate and then proceed to off site to use. When you return the key and get your ID back. Do not forget to ask reception staff if the invoice has been paid direct from pitch up or not, on my opinion the staff should ask for payment when you check in together with your ID. Failure to do so will result for them chasing you to pay up within 4/8 hours or they will pass it on to credit agency. This resulted in a disruption on my touring in Europe. I will never use this campsite again.

A aimé Loved it. Such a relaxing clean site. Not overcrowded. Deborah was so kind and genuinely caring. Family run site. Lovely forest walks close by. Rogue falls was spectacular we saw salmon leaping upstream. There is a salmon trail by the viewpoint of ROGIE FALLS. Lots of trails to follow. Highly recommended.
