A aimé Quiet campsite with a back to basics feel. The area is beautiful. Hanmer Mere is a short 15 minute walk away where you can enjoy wild swimming. Unfortunately, inflatables and paddleboards are not allowed on the water. Hosts were lovel.

A aimé Shop onsite with essentials. Easy access to the lake. Clean and quiet.

N'a pas aimé Toilets are dated and weren't that clean. Having to pay £20 for 2 days access to the lake on our paddlebaords (I already have my own equipment)

A aimé David was very welcoming and showed us to our pod. The pod's are very cosy, clean and in a perfect location. Quiet, secluded and perfect for a couples getaway. Easy driving distance to lots of walks and attractions in the lake district. Definitely will be going back
