A aimé Beautifully kept field campsite with well spaced pitches and clean and modern facilities. Even though we visited in peak season and it was full, the whole site has a lovely peaceful welcoming vibe. We appreciated the dog walk field to exercise our pup. The warden, Donna, was really helpful finding me some gaffa tape when we had a kit emergency which was really lovely. We didn’t make it to The Bulls Head Inn but it looked nice. We had a brilliant meal at The Barrel Inn 10 mins away at the top of the opposite hill (we’ve been there three times in recent years and always had a great meal/drink with a view). Really well located for both White and Dark Peaks if walking is your thing.

N'a pas aimé A few people have commented on needing more toilets etc which would be helpful but we really didn’t need to wait long for either.
